I am extremely happy with the quality of the renewable energy products I purchased from Renugen. They are performing even better than I expected.

I was extremely satisfied with the prompt and efficient service provided by Renugen. The team was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products.

We ordered an inverter, paid against the invoice then received an email from them saying payments into their bank were delayed. Chasing the order up found the landline does not exist, and no reply to emails. Found two addresses for them one in Sevenoaks and another in Herne Bay.
The company has been set up to scam people. Positive reviews are obviously written by them. I would strongly advise you not deal with this company.

Ordered a 4.5kWH battery on 21 Jan 2023, have have not had any delivery date, simply a few emails fobbing me off. If you are keen to loose £thousands- i would not use them. Also ask yourself the question why they do not accept Credit cards! and only bank payments----as the BACS cannot be recovered! Total scam- you have been warned!

Scam site. Phone number on site does not exist. Email bounces back with warning about bank issues - basically I think to try and stall you from trying to get your money back. Google this company, plenty of warnings

The entire team was very professional. From the initial quote request to the final inspection sign-off, the communication was great, and we were kept updated on the current status. Everything was on schedule, and the system was delivered as promised.

The online ordering process with Renugen was seamless and the products arrived exactly as described.

We have a tendency to purchase our solar panels and had them installed by Renugen. From the start of the process to installation, they were communicative, responsive, and provided wonderful service.

Scammers! dont purchase from here, they take your money and do not deliver. They are completely uncontactable, emails do not get responded to and the phone number doesnt actually exist. We have contacted our bank and also reported them to trading standards.

I was pleasantly surprised by the competitive prices offered by Renugen. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Incomplete order no refund:

I ordered a product and transferred the amount only to find that there was no confirmation, no communication and no delivery. I have requested a refund a number of times and still waiting. Please communicate with your customers. Order (#2275)

Renugen communication is outstanding. Our salesperson explains everything in detail from beginning to end.

The sales guy was very informative and helped me through the process. Price was very competitive. My system was installed, permitted, and activated in a very timely fashion. Highly recommended!

Met with a very knowledgeable and friendly sales rep who was equipped to answer all of my questions. He even showed me some photos he'd taken of my neighbor’s solar project and pointed out some of the aesthetic measures Renugen takes to make it all look better than most other companies.

Totally incompetent. I have received goods from them in the past one time. However some parts were damaged, they were not interested. They sold a ‘pack’ that did not have all the key parts required for an install (such as dongles). Subsequent order to add these items in August with a November 2022 delivery date (due to supply issues) has come and gone. Phone number disconnected, however e-mails do not bounce, they are unanswered. The website is running and still taking orders. This is now no longer incompetence, its fraud. The police should intervene it’s criminal activity now.

Bunch of Fraudsters, had me for 1k glad it wasn't more! no response to any emails, and no luck with charge back from bank, told police not interested. Wish i had looked here first. Interestingly one of the directors seems to head another company aimed at tackling fraud, seems he's putting his experience to use here!
