I ordered a lithium battery plus delivery approx £6000 and Renugen failed to deliver. Impossible to contact by phone or post. After 6 months I put a claim into the Small Claims court and received a judgement in my favour. That was 9 months ago.
The court Enforcement Officers are unable to retrieve monies from an online entity.
AVOID this company. The positive reviews must be fraudulent.

Was about to order some solar panels from Renugen but thought I would check with them first to make certain they had stocks. Phone number published all over their website 02032878264 is not recognised and has been reported as a scam number. Check out all the reviews and DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY BY BANK TRANSFER.
