We’re sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with your iPhone 14 Pro Max screen. However, as outlined in our warranty terms, the warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects only. Physical damage, including cracks caused during or after installation or repair, is not covered under the warranty.
Unfortunately, where the damage is physical rather than due to a manufacturing defect, we are unable to offer a replacement under warranty.

DoA but returned easily
Ordered a MacBook Pro 2016 fan and it came, packaged OK. It was DoA but I was able to fairly easily return it. New one works fine. Price was decent.
