We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your purchase. However, we would like to clarify that the issue was not with the part itself, but with the compatibility of the item ordered.
The product purchased was for a different Samsung model and is therefore not compatible with the Samsung A26. Unfortunately, parts are model-specific and cannot be expected to work across different Samsung devices.
