Hi Terry. On the video you sent, the worms and the dubia roaches were alive and moving, despite you claiming in the video that they were dead. Because of this, our hands were tied unfortunately as there was no proof that the insects arrived in a bad condition. Thanks.

I was kept up to date about the delivery service and expectations, which I appreciated. The parcel was shipped with DPD, which I also appreciate. It did arrive completely squished on one end with the box open, but I was more concerned about the crickets escaping into the drivers van than anything 🤣 Luckily, the contents were still sealed tightly, and the bugs in good nic. The box was clearly lablled to handle with care, but these things happen. Ghekos approve.
