Quick, efficient and friendly!
The speed and efficiency with which my issues are handled always speaks for itself. While most of my problems are of my own creation, Resell.biz's staff is always super, super helpful. Communication with some companies can be such a pain: the hassle of tickets and emails left unanswered is so frustrating. Thumbs down: It took 4 days, and there were no progress reports during this time.
I broke my website on Sunday and immediately submitted a trouble ticket. I didn't hear anything until I sent an email pointing out that my trouble ticket had not been acknowledged at all, much less acknowledged in a timely fashion.

These reviews are fake. I am a long time customer and support has gotten really bad. I think this now a one man operation as their phone is no longer answered and their email support is non existent. I been 3 days trying to add funds and they still have not accept the payment besides having verify all paypal information.
