Mel responded to my message in a very short amount of time. She sent me a loom, using my account, and showed me step by step, with audio, the steps I needed to take to accomplish the task I asked about. She even included some background as to why I needed to do the steps.

Resimpli has been a phenomenal platform to organize our leads and sales efforts. It captures everything and the automations are top notch. I would recommend to anyone.

I've used Resimpli's CRM for several months now. I decided to join them because they were highly recommended by several of my partners. Any time I have any questions or get stuck on what to do I can simply join a zoom or submit a live chat and they are available to answer any questions. I highly recommend them because they have such great customer service and the owner is always looking to improve any hiccups in the system.
