Respondent is a legitimate platform I have used for two years now. The biggest issue I have is their rewards program. Many times their gift card incentive is marketed as a certain amount but I consistently get less. That's not okay. It's a gift card. What are they doing, taxing it?? Why am I getting $14 or $33.50 when I was told $15 or $35? This isn't when I go to cash out a card either. I get an email saying my rewards are in and that they are for a less than advertised amount.

Passable, but overall the studies, I did just applied for one, even tho I take 5 daily screener, maybe if respondent send me some recommendations to apply would be better.

I really enjoyed my experience with Respondent! The process was smooth, the study was interesting, and the payment arrived quickly through Tremendous. I'm definitely looking forward to participating in future studies.

However, I would like to flag one issue: the Virtual Visa prepaid card offered as a reward is unfortunately not accepted in Romania. I tried using it on multiple platforms — eMAG, PayPal, and Wise — and all of them declined it. This makes it very difficult to actually use the reward money and I still wait an response from Tremendous how can I use the money.

It would be great if Respondent or Tremendous could offer a more accessible payment option for participants in Romania, such as a direct bank transfer or Wise, which supports local bank accounts in RON.

Overall a great platform — just hoping the reward options improve for Romanian participants!

Respondent is always a good experience, communication is fast and efficient and rewards are always paid in a fast manner. It easy to sign up for surveys and get paid.

There is a wide variety of surveys/studies available that you can find anything to meet your needs, the payments are prompt and wide selection and the applications are easy to use and operate. You're able to provide open and honest feedback that helps others enhance products and user experience while getting paid in the process. I've had an excellent experience with respondent and highly recommend.

Surveys are easy to complete and payout is sent in a timely manner! It is easy to see what applied to me so I don't have to waste time applying to surveys that I don't qualify for!

Some researchers dont end up paying even if the projects you do are marked as complete. Otherwise, the platform is great to use.

Payment has consistently arrived on time after project completion, which stands out compared to similar platforms I have used. This reliability is a strong reason I continue participating actively.

One suggestion: I would find it valuable if participants could receive a brief post-project summary — for example, a note on how their input contributed to the research goal, or what skills or knowledge areas the project touched on. This would help participants feel more connected to the research process and could encourage deeper, higher-quality contributions.

It’s very hard to find studies.
Sometimes the screeners are big and you end up not participating in the study.
Also, they could notify you when weren’t selected
