Still have not received my order
Still have not received my order. I paid for 2-3 day shipping. I ordered mine on the 15th. The tracking number still says “waiting for package to arrive at a USPS facility for shipment”.

Not what was promised.
I ordered a controller that was advertised as new and would ship the next day. What I got was a used controller shipping in 5 weeks. Price was comparable to new controllers offered by other companies. This place is out to scam you.
They did admit their actions and refund me after I called out them trying to pass off an old controller as new. Why not just tell me up front that they are out of new controllers instead of trying to trick me.
Their response is 100% dishonest. The controller had scuff marks, discoloration, and they even admitted it was used when they reached out to me after my complaint. They did provide a refund and instructed me to keep the controller.

Outstanding product in its field
Overall, I am VERY pleased with my Nvidia shield! Games all run very smooth, with the exception of a few hiccups with the PS1 and GameCube games, but that’s to be expected.
This is a fantastic product and I would highly recommend to any retro video game lover, this thing is a must have for the collector.
Only reason why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the long shipping time,

I recieved my retro drive about 2 days…
I recieved my retro drive about 2 days ago. And I can say that these guy's know what they doing I'm very happy with my new retro drive so many games this quarantine is going to be a lot better now.
The system is really cool.
Totally worth the wait!

The retro drive works great
The retro drive works great, but some of the systems doesn't work properly and it is difficult to bluetooth the controller to the system, (hard) and I'm still working on it, need assistant please.

Give them your money its worth ut
I ordered right in the middle of the quarantine. So it took a while to get my package but they were more then willing to explain what was happening. And the shield is everything i wanted and more.

For the most part I'm satisfied with what I got although the Dreamcast games are pretty much unplayable as either it's really slow or won't even start. The only major issue I had was how long it took to arrive even with using priority mailing. I would get the initial email stating it's waiting to be received at the mail office but then I won't hear anything for weeks even after had sent multiple emails for a status update.
Beyond frustrated with this company
Beyond frustrated with this company. They tell you what you want to hear but the bottom line is I purchased a deluxe system in March (it’s now nearly June) that I have never been able to use. First it didn’t ship for weeks (they claim fast shipping on their site). When I finally inquired, they blamed a delay on customs. Fine. Understandable. When the system arrived 4 weeks later, I went to play but it had a faulty SD card. Emailed the company. Oh yeah sorry about that was the response. Sending you a new one tomorrow. That was on April 11. Never received it. Now, I have a $229 system. Non working. They are now simply ignoring emails. Save your money and look elsewhere.

So yes I had the initial problems with my shield and unit missing a piece to the power supply so I could not plug it in. Also didn’t get the controller I initially purchased also. Once I got in contact with the company and they reached out to me they fixed the problems and were helpful in doing so.

Idk been over a month of runaround and still hasn’t shipped my system or even replying to messages mind you $240 order and got robbed , I’d never suggest them period . No system or way to get my money back 1 star is not enough for my anger with them

Poor customer service/product issues
Most of the N64 games do not work when playing multi-player. Some games that we asked to be included were not. And the ones that were also had glitches when trying to play. After purchasing the support was great but once it was delivered trying to get a hold of anyone has been impossible. Messaged them asking for help with setup and got no response. Also, messaged about getting a refund if they can't fix the game issues and got no response. Pretty disappointed and feel cheated out of my money.
