Both Nvidia Shield and controller for the menu showed noticeable wear and minor scraches. Which led me to believe I either received a refurbished system or a used system returned by a previous customer. Also the Sega Saturn emulator did come installed but no games were included. Over all, I am pretty content with the rest of the games and emulators which is why I decided to give 3 stars instead of 2.

Love this! Far exceeded what I thought it was going to be. Had a few issues figuring out the bluetooth with the controller, but got it figured out. Have spent a lot of hours playing games that I haven't played since I was kid. Never thought that I would ever see most of these games again and now they are all together on one console. Love it! Highly recommend it!

I ordered the shield. It is legit. I am having a blast playing N64 and Gamecube games. My only complaint is that the controller it comes with is tiny, but I bought a PS4 controller and was able to easily sync it. I would definitely recommend this product.

Bought this unit on April 13th. Although the store shows all orders ship next day, this was not the case. I understand covid19 is making it harder to build and ship but I paid for this on April 13th and received it April 30th so shipping next day for my unit just didn’t happen.
The main reason I bought the holiday bundle system was I asked if they could include Ken Griffey Jr presents Major League Baseball for the N64, which I was told they could do. So I bought my unit along with a N64 style controller and when the unit arrived the only game I asked about is not loaded. I’ve played a few NES and SNES and the games play and look ok. Almost like the original. I don’t mind the wait time but specifically asking about a game and being told it would be on my unit and then not getting it was disappointing. I’ve tried to reach out to them twice but as of now I haven’t heard back. If they fix my issue, I will update my review.
A week later I received a memory card with the game I wanted. I am now very happy and can honestly say this company is legit.

overall it's good to have your own website. It seems a little unfinished to have a page scroll on for a long time and extending the page when clicking on products to view. Opening another page or tabs would improve ease of access and user friendliness. I wish I could find your product on other pages as well as I had a hard time remembering your product name in the sea of other retro consoles listed on other major shipping company sites.

Doesn’t work out of the box. Advertised as plug and play. You need a laptop to set up the controllers can’t even use this $230 paper wait. Emailed no response.

A superior product and am very much enjoying it! Some of the games like Marvel vs street fighter and marvel vs capcom dont work and cant get past the time and date screen for the Dreamcast but everything else works wonderfully! Hands down 5 stars!

Love the amount of games and variety on them. It definitely takes me back. Some of the 64 games move slow. Which is a bummer because I was looking forward to most of them.

Overall, the product is great! It was missing a few things that originally it should have had. I let retro drive know and they said they would check into it but I haven’t heard from them since.

Product turn out to be great ! How ever it took alot longer than expected for item to ship and get to me . Very long delay in customer service response time . I actually was about to report them as a scam and the retro drive showed up . Game works good after you get used to it , they really should put more instructions in the box possibly an instruction manuel of some sort . Just a suggestion .

I gave a 4 solely because I did not keep the system. Due to a collection of misunderstandings, poor timing and bad luck, I wasnt able to enjoy the system like many who have reviewed. Nonetheless, my interactions with Aimee and the return/refund process was seamless and fast. On a customer service standpoint, great job!
