The drive “works” but it came with a lot of issues. I payed to the decked out system over 300 bucks. It came with no instructions. I had to reach out to the company to get instructions. Not all the games were loaded and I’m currently waiting for a new hard drive with all the games. It wasn’t just missing no name games but games like Super Metroid . It did not come
with the PS4 controller as advertised. I got a Bluetooth NES controller instead. I had to tweak the settings for the controllers to get them to play the games. Gamecube games struggle a lot. The quality of the product isn’t there to justify the price. They need to do a lot better job before sending out a system like they sent to me for the price they ask for. Lastly I payed for quick shipping and it took over a week to ship.

Purchased the Nvidia Shield for my fiance and he loves it. Customer service and support through email answered most of basic questions and we were sent video tutorials on how to use it. I had no idea what to expect and was overwhelmed at first but luckily this was a purchase for him and he was able to access the various folders, cores, and games he wanted. We had been having some issues with control hot keys but only got to play a few times so we've yet to see if it was a controller issue such as a low battery of if there were actual issues with hot keys. Very excited about the endless options of game play but still have a lot of learning to do as we might need to buy another keyboard for some of the hot keys and saving as this might be more user friendly for us.

Overall, a fairly intuitive system with a lot of games good to go! There are a few of the more modern titles that are having trouble, but all of the SNES and Sega Genesis titles I tried worked fine. Looking forward to putting more games on the system!

These guys looked legit and because the prices were so fair I gave them a chance. After inquiring with a few questions and getting a fast response I ordered the 4 Nintendo 64 USB controllers I had been wanting. The turnaround was quick and the controllers have worked great ever since.

The system is greater than I expected. The selection is awesome and I like the option of being able to use any controller. I would definitely recommend.

So far i love this device only problem is 64 emulstion games are not playing well some games lock up or wont play but other than that pretty good.

Great customer service and a great product. They kept in contact, even long after purchase to make sure I was satisfied.

Great retro system. Amiee worked with me to get all my favorite games on the system. Works well and is plug and play.
Only complaint is the user interface is a little dull.

Great product with top notch technical support, have helped me address any emulation issues (which are inherent to emulation, not the fault of the product.) Thousands of games and a great value all things considered. The unit is well put together as this far works 100% as intended, hardware-wise. Easy to set up and get going without needing vas technical know-how.. purchased as I wanted to save time and not assemble and compile Tom myself, and this was perfect for that. Recommended highly

I’m always nervous about purchasing things online, but since it wasn’t expensive I figured it was worth a shot. I got retrodrive a few days later, and man, I was not ready for the nostalgia. It took me back to my childhood where I didn’t have a single care other than beating these insanely difficult bosses. My son is almost five so I wanted to show him the ropes and let him experience the best part about my childhood first hand.

I highly recommend this to anyone!

My experience with Retrodrive has been amazing! All the questions I had were answered almost immediately, and it came within a few days of me ordering. And being a crazy online complainer one day after ordering sorry again about that.

I saw some happy people and a couple complaining about shipping time but I wasn’t too worried when I ordered. Still I had it 3 days later so I’m definitely thrilled about the whole experience

Honestly I thought all these retro systems were chinese knockoffs! But after deciding carefully, I was LUCKY to have Retro Naut assist me with purchasing my BRAND NEW NVIDIA SHIELD! So naturally I called out of work to play super mario sunshine. Thanks Aimee

First trip in the books! I brought the Switch of course but also your unit too. I swear I barely picked the Switch up! I was only playing the Super Nintendo games even though my original plan was to touch most of the systems. It's crazy having this many games always with you. Seriously thank you so much I'm really enjoying it!

The retro drive is an awesome blast to the past. This is well worth the money. You can customize your game list. The seller is very nice.

It came without controllers. I wanted certain games removed and replaced. Dreamcast games or emulators don't woek

Would be 5 stars if i could get the tracking updates on my second order i have been waiting since the 19th and still no update. Update: I have now ordered three different products from them and I am very pleased with them
