Love

Love, Love LOVE RHA earphones. Sound is crisp and right on the money. I have a pair of 650 and recently upgraded to the 750 earphones. Price point was perfect. I would have honestly been willing to put out more just case I enjoyed my 650s so much. Design is about the only thing I find not so much to my liking. The curved ear piece isn't something I would have normally wanted on my earphones but the quality of the device made me over look that part. Also while wearing them and driving the larger part where the housing and wire meet sits in the worst spot. Right on the collar bone while the seat belt presses it into the bone, little uncomfortable. But these are very small dislikes. The price and quality helps me to forget that stuff. I love my music and my RHA earphones make my listening experience so much better. I would love to try out the ear buds but thats for another time. RHA has made my a loyal customer! Keep up the killer sound quality. The only thing I would request is a set of headphones that go over the ear. I loved the Skull Candy Aviator's and the way they held in the sound and blocked everything but the music. Something like that with RHA sound quality would be AMAZING! Thank you again for making my music experience even better!!!!

RHA dual density medium eartips A+++

RHA dual density eartips were recommended to me. I ordered the medium size, which appeared to be smaller that the medium tips I am currently using. Replaced with the RHA tips and have an excellent comfort and seal.
No degrade of sound, so I’m happy

Terrible Bluetooth Connection

Bought these at Aberdeen Airport. The build quality is okay, the sound decent but the biggest drawback is the Bluetooth connection with your paired phone 8 out of 10 times it doesn't connect. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone.

Simply Phenomenal

I have to admit, I purchased the RHA T20 not knowing much about RHA products, when I received the box I was very impressed with the packaging, as soon as I tested the earphones, I experienced a level of quality that I never seen before, I am very satisfied with the earphones, they are very well made, I don't know much about electronics or how they work, what I do know is that they produce a very crisp clear sound, anyone can see the amount of development and design implemented to create something like this
I would recommend RHA products to anyone looking to skip the research and long reviews and simply get them.
One more thing, they are incredibly robust,

Caution Airplane users of wireless adapter

Bought the wireless adapter for my new headphones
There is a design fault that does not keep the adapter in the aeroplane headphone socket
Result is that it got lost onboard a 747 60 mins after purchase !!

Great purchase experience for a great…

Great purchase experience for a great product. Replacing MA-650s that I lost while on a business trip in December. I owned the first set for two years. You'd think that after two years, I'd replace them with something newer. But in looking at the product out there, it seemed that replacing with the same model was the best thing to do~

Could have been 5 star

3* only due to bad connection of my RHA Trueconnect while walking/runninmg and having your phone in your pocket.

It would have been 5* since the quality of battery life and sound are amazing. The connection when the phone is on table is very good. The design and fit is nice ... its supplied with many different ear buds size's. The only negative is the connection while walking jogging and the phone is not resting still. I tried holding in hand and not moving but does not help. I am also missing an App to control the RHA. This is not a one off misconnection it does it all the time. I rebooted my phone even to factory settings and no changes.

Love my new RHA TrueConnect!

Wonderful pair of headphones; I’ve been surprised at how I’m able to get a signal all over the house. I could have my iPhone X upstairs and be in the kitchen downstairs on the other side of the house and “suffer” very little signal drop out. That signal is going through a lot of walls! BT 5.0! I immediately put on the largest Comply ear tips when I got these- very comfortable. Audio sounds a little “muffled”- but getting used to it; no exaggerated bass, no shrill-ear piercing highs. I must be used to “lesser” ‘phones... Love the small size of the case, very easily fits into an internal pocket in my backpack. Seems to be an excellent commuter-type kit. Makes listening to HouseFM.net or FreshSoundzRadio.com House/Dance Music a FRICKEN JOY! Hi fives to RHA - thank you!

Service was overall quite good, with a caveat regarding
the web site protocol. Specifically, at the time of the
end of the checkout process, an immediate, automatic
e-mail response would be most welcome, especially
if it gives a description of the next steps that will be
taken during the vendor's normal working hours.

Please note that the response of the bank's credit card
processing system is immediate, though a quick query of
the bank account shows that a transaction is in the "pending"
state. A further query on the meaning of "pending" shows
that the account has not been charged yet.

Don't buy!

Bought two pair of RHA Trueconnect for me and my girlfriend. Had too return the two of them to the seller beacuasue too much problems.

The main big issue is the connection cuts which occured every time we used them. Sometimes it doesn't even connect again and you have to hit the play button manually. It seems like the problem is more often when it's lots of people/ vehicles around.
I talked to the seller who said that there had been other people who also complained about this problem, so it's just not us too.
Other minus is the missing of an app for location tracking and equalizer. The fit in the ear isn't that nice either.
The plus is the sound quality which is really good.
Used it together with an Samsung s9+ and a Huawei

Insted I bought us a couple of Jabra Elite 75T which I really recommend!
