site is a bit disorderly
site is a bit disorderly, I ended up buying twice the items I needed...
the item arrived in a packaging that was hard to open and had the items lose inside, so hard to keep from losing them after.
the size of the replacements I ordered was incorrectly sent. so will have to do with those, not going through the pain of shipping back.
all in all I love the product but post-sales service could be improved here, headphones are pricey but worth it, just missing the soft-touch of after sales care.

The channels are clean but not able to differentiate the sound with the different drives. I wouldn’t buy again.

Not great
These don’t pair properly. I often stop trying to use them after 3-4 attempts. The fit is not great, they fall out constantly. Sound quality is lacking.

Your T20 is a stellar product
Your T20 is a stellar product. This is the 2nd pair I've bought and absolutely love them. They are truly the best sounding in-ear headphones I've ever heard. I just wish you would make some over-the-ear headphones. I'd buy them in a heartbeat,
