RHA is probably the most customer friendly company I have interacted with!
They had no problem with dispatching a replacement set of earbuds when required, and are very helpful and swift in general.

I contacted RHA regarding some tuning…
I contacted RHA regarding some tuning filters for my earphones and received a pleasant response from Terri. I ordered two sets and was blessed by the price and wonderful service received. I own several pairs of your earphones and have been thrilled with them. I am a concert soloist and use all of them as monitors depending on the setting. I have never been let down with the sound quality.
I would highly recommend RHA to anyone looking for a super product.

other than i wish the manual was more complete or at least readable without massive cheater eye glasses, i'd recommend RHA to anyone. has to be one of the best out there in the <$150 group and likely competes with <$200.

Excellent Product
I like the fit. It is adjustable to my ear and I don't feel like it is going to fall out. I wear one at a time mostly and the sound quality is sufficient. The black color is low profile and hardly noticable. I am very pleased with my selection.

Best headphones I have ever had hands down. Quite new to wireless ones, but the sound is impeccable and they connect instantly. Battery life is astounding aswell.
Great to see a company in Glasgow leading the way!

Love the Product, Mess in the Mailroom
I have been using RHATrueConnects for over a year and half. They are reliable and well fitting. The sound is amazing and I couldn't ask for a better product. I ordered these tips as wear and tear i ripped my last pair of foam ones. But they got lost in the mail between the mess of me moving apartments and the disaster that is mail service right now. i will continue to use my TrueConnects daily with rubber tips 😊

Pretty good, although it could be better..
First off, let me explain that while I am fairly new to tip-rolling I understand it's value full-heartedly and have rolled a few to come up with a semi-competent review.
Initial Impressions: these tips come in a nice bubble-wrapped package. This is a great alternative in these COVID-19 times, however, I do hope that RHA will use something like a box next time, as my tips (the silicone outer) came deformed and I had to roll the tips for about 15-20 each to restore their original shape.
Secondly, their size is a tad misleading...You see, these tips are smaller than most-and as such they will fit in somewhat well, but provide poor isolation. To compensate, I'd recommend ordering up a size from what your "regular" tip size is. Example: S->M, M->L, etc...
Lastly, these things sound *great* when you get the correct seal. While they were an absolute NIGHTMARE to fit onto my Jade Audio EA3s, I'll shift the blame onto the audio reviewers whom I had originally trusted for this omission of info. The EA3s have V-shaped signature, and this tip allows the signature to form into more of a "Mild-V", with mids being pushed up more, and bass lessened in mid-region. Sub-bass, however, is greatly extended & the overall presentation of the IEM is more natural while still being energetic and lively. Trebles are toned down a bit as well, which is wonderful since the Knowles armature driver in here can be a bit fatiguing in some songs.
Overall Score: 4/5 - These tips do a great job, but there is room for improvement. Updated information regarding size fitment and nozzle-size specifications for the customer will do wonders on getting the right fit the first time. Will be using these as daily carries from now on, but will looking into Spinfits to see how they stack up.

Ordered the TrueConnect 2 earbuds and am extremely pleased with the purchase. Earbuds connected to my phone very easily and sound great. Charging case is very unique and smooth to open and close, charging very quickly.

TrueConnect 2 a good wireless alternative
Already reviewed, RHA replied, and I updated my review. However it disappeared, and I’m not going to rewrite it in its entirety.
In short, I like the TrueConnect 2 as much as I like my wired MA750i phones; advantage is the lack of wire. RHA should include sample foam tips; the supplied silicone tips don’t work for me. One other thing: Accessing Siri is a hit-or-miss operation.

I purchased a full set of filters (2 bass, 2 treble, and 2 reference for my RHA T10i. I only received a set of reference filters when I paid for all 3. Pretty lame.

Enjoying my ear buds
Enjoying my ear buds. They occasionally skip connection in a glitchy way but quickly gain normal play. Also, I wish there was a slightly smaller ear fitting as even the smalls are a touch too big for my ears and fall out once and awhile. Sound quality is excellent.
