bluetooth sync is shotty when among the…

bluetooth sync is shotty when among the living, the left/right sides do fluctuate and it is annoying. sound quality could be better but it is acceptable.

Not loud enough!

Nice looking headphones but definitely nowhere near loud enough. RHA saying it’s the maximum recommend by Hearing Foundation is like Ferrari selling you a car limited to 70mph as that’s the speed limit. I will be taking mine back for this reason. Such a shame as sound quality is good.

**update: reply to RHA’s reply: don’t try and turn this into a positive PR spin. Volume is too low to enjoy them, full stop. During my morning commute, I can’t hear the music and thus, all the sound quality in all the world doesn’t matter when I can’t hear it. Think it’s more likely a battery life vs volume issue which is down to the design of your headphones. All things considered (I.e: heating music being played), I’ve had better £20 headphones.

The products are always top notch

The products are always top notch. However, keep your receipt to be able to submit for warranty issues. I had a corded set that I loved but eventually (after 18 months) started giving out. I switched to the blue tooth and love them. YES, I kept my receipt this time :)

Do not buy from this company.

Going on the 4th week of waiting for RHA to honor their warranty for broken headphones. Unbelievably slow process. Honestly it is pretty ridiculous. 4 weeks and they haven't even told me if they are going to replace them. Do not buy from this company.

Yeah it’s alright

When I first tried them, like right out of the box, they had a crackling background noise but I haven’t really noticed it since. Sometime only one headphone will connect and so I have to put the one that doesn’t work back in the case and then pull it out again and it’ll work.

Not Bad, Not Great, Oversold.

I was definitely oversold by online reviews and paid youtube reviewers. I am not dissatisfied by my new RHAs, but they are not great. The sound quality is pretty good at lower volume levels, but anything above 50% is very noisy and not clean at all. I would give the headphones design a better rating than the sound quality. They are very light and comfortable, and the earbud tip selection provides a variety of good options.
