Honestly, these would be the best earbuds I have ever owned if two issues were improved. The volume will not get loud enough and the left earbud is constantly dropping out. I will be returning them and asking for a full refund.

The TrueConnect was engineered to deliver clear and detailed sound at the maximum volume recommended by the Hearing Health Foundation, while maintaining optimum battery life and small form factor, however, we would recommend increasing the volume further by double-tapping the Right Bud as well as increasing it manually through your device. While occasional drop out can occur with all Bluetooth® products, this does seem like a consistent issue for you, which is extremely disappointing.

Excellent sound
Excellent sound, and quality and clarity. During workouts no issues at all. Purchasing and delivery was a breeze. There are multiple sizes of ear plugs to get the perfect fit which is awesome but I also find myself changing sizes looking for something that I might not have known just because of the different available sizes.
There is one thing that I am not completely happy with and that is the perceived volume adjustment. To me it seems that compared to my Beats, or AirPods the RHA does not seem to have the same upper levels as the other two wearables. We will see how this plays out during the life of the unit.
I am happy with the purchase.

This product works great
This product works great. The only issues I have are that I have to keep readjusting them. The ear plugs are my correct size, however I move a lot at work and the bass and sound will slowly dissipate as they slip out. Also the side buttons accidentally get pushed while pushing them in to readjust. Other then that they are great.

Best one can ask for for this price. I used it for 2 years, and the only main drawback I can see in its design is the open USB Charger slot, in which rain, sweat can flow in easily.
Otherwise, comfortable yet firmly locked around your neck, won't flow down like other silicon counterparts.
The battery life is more than sufficient, and you can optimally charge it to prolong its life, thanks to the notifications every 20% capacity drop. If the charging color would change if the battery reaches 80%, or some sort of feedback would be implemented, that would further raise its appeal.
And of course, the sound is pure and clear. Many other headsets fail to deliver this kind of audio quality.
Material quality is also high, no dismembered heads or parts.

The comply ear buds are too big. When I bought my headphones, it came with an XS small size... it is the only reason I bought them. Now, I can only buy replacements in an S size which is too big. Now I hate my headphones.

I started listening with the silicone ear tips and the sound was very thin, with no bass to speak of. I then tried the Comply foam ear tips and wow, the sound was transformed, into full range audio with well defined bass. I am very satisfied with the MA650s. Thank you.
