If you're still not fully satisfied with the sound then please do get in touch, however, as with all headphones, the MA650i Lightning benefit from some 'running in' time to really let the sound open up. This can normally take a few days of listening or even just playing music quietly for an extended length of time, such as a few hours. I would definitely recommend you give the headphones a few hours to really bed in.

Beautiful, But Poor Bluetooth Connection

I came across and purchased RHA wireless earbuds for my friend's birthday after a few weeks of research. While I personally think the design, packaging, and sound of the RHA is better than that of the Airpods, my friend eventually returned this item because he said the bluetooth connection consistently kept breaking.

Very difficult to keep these in your ear due to their silicone fitting system. It is like pulling teeth to get them settled, and then if you move your head and the piece moves slightly, the sound changes. Everything about these buds is dependent on an absolutely perfect fit and perfect placement. If not, the sound is absolutely horrible - zero bass and no middle. Forget walking in them. It is just constant fiddling. And the tuning filters seem like a big gimmick, I hear very little difference. A huge, expensive disappointment.

Ear Tips Too Small
I can't really give an opinion because the eartips I ordered directly from RHA don't fit on my One More Quad Driver ear buds. They are two small to fit over the post on the earbud. There doesn't seem to be a larger size I can order. Bummer!

Love them, had airpods before. Sound quality far and away better that it should be. Comfortable, amazing sealing in your ears. Minor connection issues, otherwise great.

Superb ear buds and service
Always had RHA ear buds since they first came out. I was happy to get my hands on these today. However despite having good sound quality and awesome little charge case I may return as the sunc between the 2 buds is inconsistent especially the left ear bud. Shame as the quality and overall feel of this latest edition is superb.

Amazing customer care
I had an amazing experience with RHA customer care. My MA750 wireless earphones stop working after 1 1/2 years. I went to their website and submitted a service request. They emailed me the same day with question and try to trouble shoot the problem. Once they realized the earphones could not be fixed, they sent me a brand new pair. This all happened with in week. I am an RHA customer for life.

These are the best true wireless…
These are the best true wireless earbuds out there. RHA is famous for their superior quality. Excellent bass reflex and accurate resolution. Oddly satisfying charging case (open/close is my new Zippo). IPX5 sweat-resistance. I’m an avid cyclist, on and off the pavement. The fit is perfect, always secure. These are vastly superior to others in the $3-400 range.

The quality of their Bluetooth product is excellent for the money . The people at RHA are quick to resolve any issues you may have . Shipping is quick with the packaging enough to insure no damage to the Bluetooth while in route to destination. .
