I would not recommend the marble…

I would not recommend the marble tablemats/chopping boards. They are very brittle and get chipped very easily. However, the firm's response to this problem was first class. The items l reported as damaged were replaced overnight with no quibble. The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful, and unusually nowadays, used perfect grammatical English. I can't compliment them enough.

Exceptional Service

We ordered slate table mats through Debenhams online. They arrived on the Sunday. When checking them, we found one mat was broken. I contacted customer service and provided all information they asked for on Monday evening. There was no hesitation in arranging a replacement. The replacement item arrived on Tuesday by 2pm. Exceptional service and all very much appreciated.

First time using this company. Item was damaged however, emailed & within a couple of hours received a response & received replacement in 2 days. Excellent customer service. A few company's could take a leaf out of Rinkit's book on customer service. Will defo use this company again.

Great Customer Service

Ordered my glasses and they didn't arrive, so I contacted Customer Services and within the day I got everything resolved, with out any fuss.
The very next day my glasses arrived safely.

Always Helpful, Great Service.

The customer service at Rinkit is truly world-class. Whenever I’ve faced any issues with deliveries—like damage in transit, which is completely out of their control—they’ve been incredibly helpful and responsive, resolving everything without delay. Great experience

Great experience. Received an item that had been damaged in transit which was of no fault to the company. After contact they immediately sent a replacement for me. Excellent service and the product is great.

Great company excellent products

I have bought a number of marble table mats and coasters. The products are well made and are reasonably priced. Evri lost one parcel which was replaced straight away , one mat was broken courier again replaced within hours and two coasters were faulty again replaced straight away. It's when something goes wrong and how the company handles the problem is the key hence 5*

Quick response

After initially sending the wrong colour mugs, they sent the correct ones the next day and didn't ask me to send the others back, so I donated them to Oxfam.
They were very quick to respond and didn't charge me any extra.

I had a problem with delivery

I had a problem with delivery. I spoke with Ana who was very helpful. It was the delivery company at fault but Ana delt with my complaint and within half an hour all sorted and new delivery on it's way.
Well done and thanks great service.

Excellent customer service

I had a problem with the delivery of an order of some glass mixing bowls. The customer service provided by Viktorija in resolving the issue was excellent. She was able to resolve my problem very quickly, professionally, and cheerfully. I will order from them again.
