I love Roadie, can work at my convenience. Being retired, it’s a good way to make extra income. But the wait time for customers not being home could be shorter, takes up our time.

Awful pay, no customer service

The pay is garbage for most gigs. The customer support is nonexistent. Most gigs don't even cover the cost of fuel for a round trip considering the cost of fuel these days not to mention your time. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this app if you are looking to make money.

I’ve never had issues with them before…

I’ve never had issues with them before and it’s convenient to be able to get delivery from my local CVS but today’s experience was terrible. I tried to contact them both over the phone and chat and never got through to anyone after waiting a long time. Finally I heard back from one of the team members who reached out over text who refused to listen and understand my issue. I received the wrong package and they just kept insisting something was delivered and cut me off telling me to “have a good day” and to contact CVS. It wasn’t until I sent a picture as proof of the incorrect delivery that they finally apologized and explained that a mix up possibly happened. Mistakes happen but all this could have been avoided if they had actually taken the time to listen to the actual issue and explain that in the beginning. Poor customer service and communication.

This service is bad overall

This service is bad overall. Some drivers really do a great job, while others will just drop your package somewhere random. I have had people drop a package in a front lawn outside of a gate to an apartment building. I have had them take pictures of my package at a back door of somewhere, but not my location. And they just mark 'front door'. No address in the photo or anything.

Sadly, some merchants use this service when you pick 'ship it to me'.

I would never opt for using this to get anything important or expensive.

Would prefer to give 0 stars.

Would prefer to give 0 stars.

No way of contacting driver, nor did the driver make any attempt to contact me. They marked as attempted without actually attempting because they did not actually come to my address on the package to attempt delivery.

Then support never answered my 2-hour long call on hold and in chat. Don’t risk this if it means using this service.

Driver drove way too fast and hit my sign. I contacted Roadie and was told it would be addressed After multiple correspondence, no one has offered any help or resolution They forwarded my problem to Tractor Supply who was even less help Neither company has integrity. I would not deal with people who just toss your problem aside with no respect or regard

Worst service ever

Never use Roadie if you hope to receive your package. I selected the Roadie delivery option b/c I was promised next day delivery. It has now been over 36 hours and the expected delivery date has been updated to 5 - 10 days from now. I leave for a trip in 5 hours, don't have the item I ordered, and am out $300+ dollars. The seller can't help bc the item has been dispatched to Roadie and Roadie is refusing to help b/c they claim "the seller updated the delivery date." This is what I get for being lazy and not going to pick up the item myself.

Absolutely terrible customer service…

Absolutely terrible customer service experience with Roadie, which is owned by UPS.

After a delivery mix-up involving Tractor Supply, I was instructed to contact Roadie directly to resolve the issue. The delivery driver brought me someone else’s dog food instead of the stall mats I ordered.

The delivery verification process clearly failed. The driver had paperwork for another customer while somehow also having my address attached to the delivery. Because of a significant language barrier, communication was extremely difficult and the issue could not be resolved at the time of delivery.

I then contacted Roadie customer support and was routed through an AI chatbot system before being placed on hold for a live representative.

I remained on hold for over 3 hours with no resolution.

No one took ownership of the problem. The delivery process failed, customer support failed, and communication between Roadie and Tractor Supply failed. Meanwhile, another customer is still missing their dog food and I still do not have the items I paid for.

What makes this especially disappointing is that Roadie is owned by UPS. Customers expect a professional logistics operation backed by the standards and infrastructure associated with UPS. Instead, this experience felt completely disorganized and unsupported from beginning to end.

Mistakes happen. What matters is how companies respond when they happen. Unfortunately, Roadie’s response was essentially nonexistent.

If this is the level of service being attached to the UPS name, both companies should be concerned.

Slow, untrustworthy and unreliable communication, rude customer support

Communication and "tracking" is poor and untrustworthy. Customer support via email was rude and managed to light a fire under these folks with only one hour left in a 6-hour period for promised delivery. When the tracking actually worked (inconsistently), I got information at various times about multiple different drivers being assigned; turns out none of it was correct. Seems they use fictitious avatars to feign your delivery being assigned to a non-existent driver. When I finally got a text "confirming pickup" and saying the alleged driver was "on the way," my own GPS tracker on the suitcase showed that it had not in fact moved at all from the pickup location. They claim they use "automated" systems, but some human is putting information in because suitcases don't communicate on their own and put false info into a system saying they've been hoisted into a vehicle. Also, you have to appreciate the sarcastic "thanks for choosing Roadie," when they know darn well an airline customer waiting for a mishandled bag to be delivered did not "choose" the courier. The bag was finally delivered with 12 minutes to spare at the end of the 6 hour time "estimated" time frame, for a trip that should have taken 40 minutes. If you can choose, don't choose Roadie. They can't be trusted and they don't much seem to care.

Save your money

They want honesty. Their service is basically a racket. I've had the unfortunate experience of having to use them twice. Both times I paid an exorbitant amount not to have my items delivered. I've tried to call and speak to an actual human being. I was left on hold for the better part of a half hour, only to have my call dropped on their end. I'm paying twice as much for deliveries than I would for a Walmart or similar delivery. I wouldn't order same day if it weren't urgent. Unfortunately, I'm the only one that sees it that way. Just as unfortunate is that I'm forced to use them again as the merchant I'm using only uses them. I would sincerely hope that their service improves, but reading the scorching reviews written here, I'm doubtful they even read them. Avoid of possible

Placed an order on Home Depot and unfortunately the delivery was passed along to Roadie. Two of three items were delivered and Home Depot did nothing about the 3rd missing item. Roadie never reached out to Home Depot to tell them they lost my item.

Roadie service is 50/50

Roadie service is 50/50. I’ve had some really good delivery drivers but others not so much, especially my last 2. For some unknown reason the roadie left my Petsmart packages at my garage instead of my front door. Today I requested the roadie to leave the packages on the top step so I could open my front door and pull them in. Instead they were piled on my walkway before the first step begins. Why text “Please reply with any delivery instructions (directions, gate codes, parking details, etc)” and then don’t follow the delivery instructions??

I was notified that the driver arrived…Delivery driver & Roadie is the best

I was notified that the driver arrived and when I went to check, Joseph had already delivered 2-50 lb bags. I then told him that I preferred the rest of them to be delivered to the garage on the other side of the house. He did so without any questions. He then carried the 100 pounds of feed already delivered over to the garage without question.
What a fantastic delivery driver. Joseph is by far the best delivery driver I have used to date. He should be highly rated.
Thank you Roadie and Joseph

AWFUL! SHUT THEM DOWN!

AWFUL!! These simple jackasses left my package at the wrong place on PURPOSE. Why Petsmart uses these people, i do NOT know, as their customer service agent told me that ROADIE does NOT correct their miss deliveries. They tell you to contact the driver, but I found it strange that my call could not go through. Lol. My number was blocked before I called. Just rung almost one time then drops. These are the type of people that they have making deliveries. On purpose. My last email from them was to once again contact the driver 470-264-8696. Lol. No one answered the phone after 40 mins for ROADIE customer service 619-762-3732. The chat feature SUX. Agents leaving chat. Each new one asking what's wrong. Lol. How they have a 3.7 rating, baffles me. My name, phone, email, and address all on the box. Anyone with a wifi connection could simply Google my info and steal the rest of my identity.
