Couldn’t be happier with the work Tony & Elliot have carried out for us recently. They supplied & fitted 2 Rockdoors and a door canopy to our property and the whole process from Tony coming to quote through to the work being completed was seamless. They are both meticulous in their work and took great pride in ensuring the job was completed to a high standard. When the work was finished they made sure our property was left clean & tidy. They are 2 top lads and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their work to anyone.

I seldom scribe reviews but after receiving service par excellence, I feel impelled to make people aware.
Tony is the best; all tradespeople should aspire to his level. Why? He is highly skilled and experienced, very pleasant, punctual, prompt, reputable, responsible, reliable and really accommodating.
His co-worker, on installation of my door, was equally friendly, fastidious and flawless.
The end result was superb and superior to anything I have previously viewed. The cost was incredibly reasonable for such a premium product and service.
Be in no doubt, Tony is the guy to use; I am understating when I say you won’t be disappointed.
Thank you for all efforts in what was a challenging installation but a stellar result! ⭐

What a great team, Tony and Elliott are. Their workmanship was first class and the Rockdoor is suburb quality. They were very professional, tidy and friendly.

Needed a new front door asap. Our front door would not lock and was beyond repair. Got a few quotes before I telephoned Rock doors Northwest. Explained everything to the nice lady on the telephone the problem we had and she arranged for Tony to call round and give us a quote. Tony called round the same day. Great guy friendly and easy to talk to unlike the pushy salesmen we had in the past. He shown me and my wife the different designs and colours and we agreed on the price. Just had my new door fitted today. Really pleased everything clean and tidy quality job. I'm a tradesman myself and know quality when I see it. Would definitely recommend.

Can’t thank Tony enough for re-fixing the handle and realigning our Rockdoor after a deliver driver managed to hit our porch!

Tony fitted my new rockdoor this week & I’m delighted with the result!
He had been recommended by a neighbour and was easy to deal with from start to finish; great communication, quick to visit & quote and fully fitted within a month (while one of the companies I contacted has still not provided the quote itself yet!).
The work was clean & tidy and Tony made sure I could lock & unlock the door before leaving….great service all round, would definitely recommend

Tony fitted several rock doors for me this week. The quality of the fitting is outstanding. The job was also left very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Tony to anyone.

My experience with Rockdoor Northwest has been excellent. Tony is professional and meticulous in his work and prides himself in being a perfectionist. The job he undertook for me was a challenging one, but he clearly enjoyed that and completed it with first-rate craftsmanship. The door itself is beautiful, fitting very well with the character of my old cottage. This is not the cheapest type of door on the market, but I feel that it has been money well spent in terms of security, quality and appearance. I also feel confident that there would be excellent after-care from Tony, should a problem arise, but this is definitely not a scenario I’m anticipating. Many thanks to Tony, not least of all, for managing to do this job in a short time frame as a matter of some urgency.

Absolutely brilliant service from Tony and Elliot today. They did my new front door a few weeks ago and today I rang them with an issue with my back patio door. Within 30 minutes of my phone call it was all fixed. Highly recommend this company.

I had purchased 2 rock doors already by a supplier who didn’t fit the back door correctly. Therefore I was left with a stable back door not fitted very well and a front door not yet fitted. I wanted someone else trustworthy to fit the front door and to see if they could re-fit the back door which I had already had such a bad experience with. Whilst it seems Rock Door bury May have done a good job fitting (will never know as I decided not to go ahead.) I was blown away by the price to fit. £1360 in cash to fit the front door (door with two side panels of glass) and £520 for the back door refit. I turned this down as I thought this £1880 was extremely high. They responded with an immediate reduction of £600. £350 for the front and £250 reduction for the back if one workman was to do the doors and if I would get rid of the rubbish.

My honest opinion as requested by trust pilot that £1800 is more than the average persons monthly wage. This is not a cost to have 2 doors fitted.

I tried to arrange a supplier fitting the door whilst my husband was at work to see if I could get this sorted.

When I rang my husband to explain the cost I’d been quoted - his response was do you think they have typed that 1 by mistake!!

I haven’t ever wrote a trust pilot review before but they had the best reviews and this was also a response when I kindly turned down the quote.

I will continue my search for a fitter to fit the front door.

Tony and assistant turned up when he said they would and in very hot conditions, made worse by me forgetting to get them a drink!!! they worked really hard till my new door was up and running.

Had a door fitted in January, at 1st it was perfect unfortunately a few months later down the line we were having trouble with the locking mechanism, I called Tony as ever very professional he called to see the issue on 3 different occasions the last one being the door had bowed.. which might I add very rare.. Tony had us a new door ordered within the hour we asked if we could have a door handle added to this one, which was added on free of charge as an apology which might I add very kind.

Had our new door replaced in a week by the hard working perfectionist Tony .. I can already see the difference with this door 👍.

Firstly, i want to make it clear that i am writing this for two reasons… to make you realise that you would be daft going to anyone else for a new rockdoor in the North West, and secondly what an absolute honest/genuine/skilled/knowledgeable/funny bloke Tony is ! An absolute gent who has forgotten less than most people know about doors.

On first ringing Tony about getting 2 x new doors, he was straight to the point and played no form of any sales ‘technique’ and was completely honest in terms of pricing.

Tony provided an accurate quote but on coming to my house, measured up and helped me decide on a design that would be most in keeping with my stone terrace house.

Tony provides you with his own mobile, and despite me occasionally txting him for updates, he always got back to me and within 3 weeks ish i was contacted to arrange the doors being fitted by Tony.

Tony is very much a ‘one man band’, but that is credit to him and his experience !!!

He asks for nothing, is extremely tidy and respectful whilst working at your house, and i would happily of trusted him alone in my address if needed.

Tony did an amazing job on fitting the doors, and despite them being brand new doors, they have made my stone terrace cottage look even more classy/appealing and they have no doubt added value to my property.

To add, there was a slight mix up by the factory in terms of keys/locks, which Tony was on the phone to them immediately and sorted it within a day !

I am now the proud owner of two stunning brand new doors and i am extremely grateful to Tony for his work at my house.

Superb service - by a brilliant fitter. Tony was first class to deal from start to finish. Knowledgeable, reassuring, and a top guy! Couldn’t recommend anyone better. I had a lot of trouble finding the right door and people to go through but the main man Tony just sorted it all out and completely at ease. Thank you!!!
