I had two doors fitted today March 10, 2021 by Tony and he is such a brilliant guy, it all went to plan. He is very personable and nothing is too much trouble for him and he cleaned up as he went along. I highly recommend Rockdoor Northwest to fit your new Rockdoor

A very prompt response to our call and by the next day we had settled on all the details.
Minor problem with the order from the factory which was easily rectified and just under three weeks later our front door was ready to be fitted at a date suitable to us.
We chose the following Tuesday at 0900.
Arrival was on time and a very efficient fitting was carried out in about 4 hours, surprisingly by only one person.
Very clean and Covid-19 efficient.
We were very satisfied in ALL aspects of the service from start to finish.

Had a new front door fitted by Tony and he did a fantastic job. The factory said the door couldn't be made with the handle we wanted but Tony made a few calls and got it sorted. Great job from start to finish. Would highly recommend him.

Tony fitted our Jacobean style door with a new surround. He arrived promptly at 8.45am and finished before lunch time. He was meticulous in his work and left everywhere spotless. A thoroughly professional experience from start to finish.

Spot on! From concise and informative discussions with Tony, we decided to place the order for a front and back door. Both were completed by mid-afternoon and could not fault the professionalism and quality of the fitting by Tony. The doors look and feel fabulous. No draughts, push lightly to latch and such a solid feel.

Ordered the door on 5th June and installed on the 29th June.
Excellent quality door and superbly fitted by Tony and Dave. If only all tradesmen were this professional! Highly recommended.

Contacted the local agent Tony, on the 27th May. He came and measured up the same day and gave me a call on Thurs the 11th June to say that door was ready.
He came at 8.45 the next day and worked in the rain to finish the installation with 2 hours to do an excellent job. He cleared what little mess there was and has left us with a really nice new back door. A first class job and a first class product.

Tony went out of his way to ensure we had a very positive experience. We requested a last minute change to the glass and Tony accommodated us throughout. Nothing was too much trouble.
