Recently bought an Apple Watch Ultra 2 and really happy with the product. The watch is in excellent conditions and came as was advertised. Value for money surely.

What a waste of time

What a waste of time. This is the second watch I’ve returned from company’s claiming to offer as new devices. Came without its original box, no use if you want to sell stuff on. It also came with a crap Chinese charger that took hours to charge, not the 20 minute to 80% that an original apple charger would take. Hot enough to cook and egg on too.

Just get a new one from John Lewis, it’s only slightly more money and you’ll actually get what you paid for rather then some sketchy device (floating around in its box, not even taped in) with some crap charger nobody wants.

Will avoid in future. I’d advise you to avoid too.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I use the phone to run a small business and only had it for 2 months. It started to freeze and black out and not turn on. I asked RueZone_1 if they could send me a replacement while they looked at the problem as I did not want to lose money from my business as I rely on it. RueZone_1 refused and this is a direct quote from them,
"I do not see how this is our mistake the device has simply failed after 2 months and this can happen and does happen with many products."
This says to me that they do little or no product testing and do not have any confidence in the products they sell. They also suggested that I spend more money on a cheap phone and also pay for posting and packing. Now I am stuck with a subpar phone that does not do what was promised by RueZone_1. Massive disappointment.

Great experience - NOT

Great experience? I don't think so.
Bought an unlocked upgaded handset to replace a broken workhorse. 2 weeks later I am stilk waitinf for an unlock code to arrive. Why? RUEZONE shipped the handset without unlocking it.
I was trying to be patient as RZ are not responsible for the code. HOWEVER. They should be chasing it on my behalf and keeping me updated. As far as I know, they have my money and I am now on the bottom of their ToDo pile... I may be wrong but I remain in the dark.

Refusal to refund faulty phone

Do not buy from here. I ordered a Google Pixel 6 as an 'open box' item. Received without a box just in a jiffy bag. I had the phone for a couple of weeks used a flip front case. The arphones didn't work unless you had a network or WiFi signal. Neither did editing photo's. Amazon accepted a refund request, sent back. Ruezone claimed there was a scratch on the phone (which there was not). Totally refused that there was anything wrong with it and would only offer a buy back price £220 less than the original buying cost.
This has been a long on going battle, changing their reasons for refusal every timeand has been an extremely poor example of customer service.

I personally wouldn't order a refurbished phone again. 10 weeks out of warranty the Apple iPhone 8 Plus Refurbished Pristine condition phone is irreparable. After 2 hours on the phone to Apple technical help a visit to the Apple Genius Bar that tried and failed, sent away to Timpson technical department, the diagnosis is a CPU (not sure what that is) fault that cannot be repaired. Spoke to Ruezone who offered to have the phone back, a repair may cost between £100-£150 if it couldn't be repaired they might make an offer to buy it back.
Really disappointed as its the 3rd phone I've had from here.

Deceitful, delivering a Ferrari with a Skoda engine which goes wrong, then blames me

Sent me an iPhone XS Max with a non-Apple battery (causing error messages from day 1) and refused to do anything about it. After less than 2 months the battery swelled and cracked the rear glass. They agreed to repair, replace or refund. Sent phone back. Now they're claiming I've damaged it, by showing light scuff marks which were present on the phone when I bought from them. They sent images of 'a phone' and the scuff marks looks different to the ones on the phone I sent. Also this one appears to have an Apple battery. So their alleged damage to the left side of the phone caused it to swell in the centre where the battery is.

Resorting to legal action

JUST AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS OR REGRET IT

BEWARE refurbished! Bought a refurbished iPhone 11 in…

Bought a refurbished iPhone 11 in December 2021. After 5 months it started behaving erratically, switching off mid use, even with full battery. This then became increasingly frequent and now battery drains within minutes. I have contacted Ruezone and had no response. I've since been told that the battery has "swollen". I should have been suspicious at the beginning as the initial iPhone message was 'unauthorised battery", which Ruzone passed off as irrelevant. Really disappointed and feel foolish for trusting a refurb at not much less than a new iPhone.

Very poor communications

Very poor communication. I purchased a mobile phone from these people and it was described as 100% perfect with an excellent battery and fully refurbished. From day one the battery was discharging at an alarming rate and I tried everything to resolve that. Frustrated, I contacted Ruezone who suggested that I send it back for examination. I had to remove a couple of accounts and eventually they got back to me saying that they had found some faults and could send me another phone or take a refund. After that things went downhill and they were not responding to my emails. I had to resort to warning them that I would open a case with eBay before they finally paid my refund. I found the whole experience quite stressful and would not recommend this company to anyone.
