Always a bit sceptical when buying 2nd hand/refurbished phones of 'tinterweb'. But this one was spot on. Brought as a Xmas present so won't be used for a month, but I had a little play and it looks spot on.

Good customer service
I made an order for a google pixel 4a with 5g through Ruezone, after seeing they had the most competitive price available at the time. There was an issue with my order, considering the grading of my device, but after sending an email the issue was promptly resolved.

Sent wrong item; Ruezone processed refund
I purchased the 'OnePlus One Refurbished Smartphone Unlocked × 1 Sandstone Black / Pre-Loved / 16GB' as a gift, but what was actually sent to me was a black 'OnePlus X'. At first RueZone maintained that they had sent me the right item, until I proved to them using the two IMEI numbers that it was indeed the OnePlus X (the OnePlus One only has one IMEI number). They offered to accept a return, and although it took weeks of emailing and waiting, I finally received the pre-paid returns label, I sent it back and they refunded me.

A good price but unfortunately they sent the wrong charger and when phoned was told they would send one 4 days later I am still waiting for charger so had to buy one so could charge new phone.
