Really impressed
Really impressed. I was reluctant to order a refurbished phone but needed to start reducing my outgoings so opted for a pristine refurbished phone (Samsung galaxy S9) and that's exactly what I got.
It was delivered early the next day and was in perfect condition.
I am waiting on a case so haven't used it much yet but with a 12 month warranty I have no concerns whatsoever.
I will definitely be using this website again in the future.

I bought a refurbished iPhone 8 Plus which was faulty (it kept freezing and the keyboard didn’t work properly)
I sent it back in the exact condition it arrived which was with no scratches on the screen or body
They said that when they received it that it was covered in scratches, sending me photos of a completely different phone which was not mine and therefore only refunded me a fraction of the original purchase price leaving me short by £40
They were very unhelpful and untrustworthy therefore I would not recommend buying a device from this company
I have the reference number of this phone I will email it to you now
