Fast service from order to door
The product arrived very fast (3 days)and it was easy to install.
Also, it was the only website that had this particular item.
It works exactly as it should.

Change dpd as the delivery
Change DPD as the delivery company... they suck. I chose a RARE drop point, which was already far from me. Without being notified, it got delivered to an even farther delivery agency. It showed as available for pick-up on a Saturday. The delivery agency was closed on Saturday, and I went halfway across town for nothing. THEY SUCK!

Hello,
We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delivery. We understand how frustrating it must have been to travel to the collection point, only to find it closed, especially after the parcel had already been redirected without prior notification.
We will report this situation to DPD and forward your feedback to the department responsible for delivery services, so the circumstances can be reviewed.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and please accept our sincere apologies for the negative experience.
