I placed and fully paid for my order…
I placed and fully paid for my order (Order #6426010403) on July 1st, and after almost two weeks my order is still marked as “Processing”. What is even more frustrating is that it is almost impossible to contact customer support. I have tried calling multiple times without success and have received no useful response.
When customers pay thousands of lei in advance, they deserve clear communication and regular updates. Even if there is a delay, the lack of communication is unacceptable.
At this point, I cannot recommend SANITINO based on my experience. I sincerely hope the company improves its customer service and communication with paying customers.

Vă mulțumim pentru feedback și ne pare sincer rău pentru experiența creată de lipsa de informații transmise în timp util. Înțelegem perfect că, mai ales în cazul unei comenzi achitate integral, comunicarea clară și actualizările regulate sunt foarte importante.
Am verificat situația comenzii dumneavoastră și, așa cum am discutat telefonic, cazul este deja urmărit personal. Astăzi revenim cu AWB-ul pentru produsele disponibile, astfel încât acestea să ajungă la dumneavoastră cât mai repede, iar pentru produsele rămase vom reveni cu un termen actualizat imediat ce avem confirmarea.
Ne pare rău că această situație nu a reflectat nivelul de servicii pe care dorim să îl oferim tuturor clienților noștri. Facem tot posibilul ca fiecare comandă să fie gestionată corect și transparent, iar feedbackul dumneavoastră ne ajută să îmbunătățim permanent procesul de comunicare.
Sperăm ca după finalizarea livrării să aveți o experiență care să reflecte întreaga colaborare cu SANITINO.

Product came damaged
Product came damaged, had taken pictures and sent them a complaint, they still did not give any answer besides the automated one. Their chat support only told me they are entitled legally to 30 days until answering and then lied to me about a case being opened with the manufacturer. When asked to provide that number so I could check it myself, they refused. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
