Amazing generosity from Schott Packaging
I contacted Schott in desperate need of packaging for a charity project that I am
Working on. Hayley emailed me back straight away, spoke to her team and they put together a generous donation of packaging of all sizes for us. They thought of absolutely everything and even made sure I received all the items the next day by courier. The packaging is really strong. I have no hesitation in recommending them, they are extremely responsive and I have already recommended them to several friends who run small businesses.

Amazing Service
I brought the student packing set to help me move for the first time and I can’t get over how amazing the quality and service was for the price - the boxes are sturdy and the extra tape, pen and bubble wrap was a huge help.
Delivery was also quick and no fuss
I’d recommend this company to everyone when moving!

Poor quality packing tape
I ordered bubble wrap and packing tape.
One of the bubble wrap rolls was cut to the wrong size. This was resolved quickly and another roll replacement sent.
Just started using the packing tape to seal boxes and it is such poor quality its a waste of time and money. It splits as you pull it from the roll and is so unsticky its not sealing anything properly. It won't stick to the cardboard boxes, everytime I go back in the room its peeling up for the sides of the boxes and you only have to touch it for it to come unstuck. Had better quality brown tape from the Pound Shop.
Expected better quality from a dedicated packing supply company.

Amazing customer service
A very quick response to my email with regards to a product that wasn’t available on online that I normally purchase (which are the best quality I have found and I’ve tried lots) and a few were found, purchased over the phone and dispatched the same day. Could not ask for more!

Excellent products and service
The products are better than those on the market both in terms of quality and price. The selection of boxes is excellent. Although there was a note on the website about potential delivery delays we received our orders in a day. I spoke with the customer service twice as there were two small issues with our order and they were dealt with and solved promptly.

I ordered the 1/2 bed moving package after making a call to Customer service who were very helpful. The delivery was quick and trackable on the day, products well packaged, boxes were sturdy, and the tape was strong. Overall, I was very pleased and would happily recommend you. The only negative is that you couldn’t deliver on a specific day - the property wasn’t occupied on the day of delivery but luckily a neighbour was around to accept it.
