I think the products have a good quality-price ratio. The design is also very sleek, a bit classic and chic without being pretentious. I love the fact that I can easily wash or change the cover, snd so I can change the look of my living room without having to buy new furniture. The service at the store and online were top notch. We are very pleased with the purchase, no complaints so far.

We ordered a daphne module sofa in Vega cream color. Delivery time was about 12 weeks and the ordering process ok.
We’ve had the sofa for less than a month and it’s just so bad guality. The stitching has unraveled in multiple places, it feels uneven and the fabric is already pilling to the point that the sofa looks 10 years old.
The pillows are also uneven and looks bad.
As the icing on the cake, since it’s a module sofa - it’s impossible to line up the sofa STRAIGHT due to how the clips underneath are placed, so it also differs 1-2cm between modules.
I’m just so disappointed and sad since it’s a sofa for 27 000 SEK. I did expect it to at least be straight. Since we had “custom fabric” it can’t be returned.
If we’ve would have known how bad the quality and the sofa would be, we wouldn’t have ordered. Our old sofa that was 7+ years looked better than this.
Buy from somewhere else.

I went into the store a couple of times 1st to check the model in real life and I took some fabric samples, the staff were lovely. The 2nd time I went in and placed my order, again staff were super friendly and helpful.
I now have my sofa in record time and LOVE it .

My Sofacompany experience was excellent on every level! I got to know this brand by coincidence during a stay in Gothenburg - the service at the Gothenburg showroom is just how you want it to be: considerate, informative, taking time for customer’s wishes and needs - especially a heads up for Alma, she’s great! After many wonderful impressions and options for a sofa, relating products and accessoires, I went to the Stockholm showroom for selection and ordering - their team is equally amazing! Also super helpful in the final decision process for a modular sofa and questions related to use, colors, textures, and supplementary products.
The shipping went smooth and was extremely fast!
I am more than happy with the Sofacompany product that consists of many modular elements of the Dane sofa and many many pillows!

Top notch quality and design. Welcoming and helpful staff at the store. Customer service is highly engaged and easily accessable.
The fact that there are no discounts was a strange thing at first but it actually gives sense of safety on the purchase (one needs not worry if it would be possible to get a product at a lower price at a latter time).So its good.
One dowside i noticed is that their catalog is limited and It would be nice to see more products.

You are waiting a long time for a delivery but the estimated period is written before you place an order. We received both our armchairs the same week it was expected (9 weeks).
Both armchairs were absolutely gorgeous and the quality was exceptional but they unfortunately didn’t suit the existing sofa we needed them to go with. AR helped but it was still a little hard to see.
Return was free and sorted by customer service after I emailed. Make sure you keep all packaging so you can make your return. Easy breezy, item was picked up at a convenient time (next day for me).
I would 110% order from Sofacompany again. The only shame is I don’t live near a showroom to see the item in person and the time period it takes to receive the item (as it is with a majority of furniture stores).

However, for the price of the sofa (Gloria) -17k SEK, there should be no rips in the first few days of use on the upholstery. Also, since Sofacompany offers a 5year warranty on the upholstery, it would be beneficial if they had people who can come out to fix the sofa so people do not need to replace it if something goes wrong.

The Vilmar 3-seat sofa: This is a nice enough looking sofa; modern, clean lines with a Scandi look. Unfortunately though, the sofa isn't the most comfortable. It feels more tailored for an office reception than in a home. It arrived when it was supposed to with the ability to track your purchase but I feel personally offended by the rude delivery person who acted like he was doing me a favour.
I think SofaComapny needs to either address this with Bring or change their delivery company.
Update: Cornelia in customer service has been very helpful in looking into my issue and I'd give a 5 star for prompt response and customer service. I'm adjusting my original 3 star score to 4 and not 5 since the Bring incident wasn't pleasant at all.
