Support usually responds within 2 - 3 days. You should not forget that this is still a free mobile phone service. So stay calm and be nice to the support, then they will be nice to you.
As advertised!
It took a few days to issue my free eSIM but they responded quickly in the chat. Nice to have real humans and not a bot. Service works as advertised. 5G in Switzerland with Sunrise and Salt.
Amazing Backup Carrier solution
I‘m using the seeek eSIM now for 2 weeks and got it for my trip abroad.
Having two carriers is pretty awesome: on the one hand I already had situations at home, where “my own” regular carrier had no strong signal and the seeek eSIM saved me. On the other hand I can be online abroad without WiFi and without any expensive add on of my regular carrier.
Great concept and working as it should!
Small Start-Up but overall very good experience!
I always have a great support when I'm in touch with Nicole, she is very friendly and always provide me a huge help.

Update June 2024:
I have to reduce my rating from April to 1 star. Customer Service is not reacting anymore. eSIM is not working since begin of May after 2 times reset and new eSIM. Last time it worked for 1 week.

After some problems like a slow webpage and issues with the eSIM it worked in the end.
And the customer service is really good and helped out with all my problems. Sometimes the response is slow but they will react.
Most problems caused for sure by the amount of new users.
Also, 3GB for free in a lot of countries all over the world what more you need.

The support team is small but very nice and trying their best! So, answers can take a while, but they always solved my problems!
BTW: Fast internet connection with the esim, at least for my area ;)
Great carrier with outstanding support
There were quite a few obstacles, to get the eSIM, due to a few different problems that all came together in the timeframe of my order (new website, problems with the payment provider to skip the queue, ...), which can be somewhat excused due to the fact, that this is a new and relatively small company.
What makes it 5 stars for me was the support and service they provided, which resolved all of these problems and shortly provided me with my eSIM. Kaleena, the support agent, with whom I had the pleasure with, was super helpful and nice.
The SIM also works as expected, was easy to set up and provides me with fast internet.

This is a start up company with expected growing pains... with that understanding you can be patient and encourage them to improve.

She followed up in a polite, professional, and timely manner. People like that are an asset to the company!

No response when trying to make contact
Paid on the old website for 5gb at $5 on 29 March, was told to contact support on 2 April when they changed to a new website, have sent messages via the chat bubble, email, Twitter. No reply to any of them, I think they have been flooded with requests and don't have the staff to deal with them.

At First Couple of Small Problems but Excellent Customer Service!
Well, at first there were some problems like a slow website and issues with the eSIM.
Probably because the Employee of Seeek were overrun by the amount of new users.
But after they got a new Website, there are no problems anymore with loading it.
And the customer service is really good. They tried to help me always with all my problems.
Also, 3GB for free in a lot of countries all over the world. What do I want more?
So yeah. I give it 4 out of 5 stars.
A new company but service is great
A new company but service is great. Initially I was hesitant to pay for jumping the queue and get the eSim. But once I got the esim, it was super simple to get it working on my Pixel 7 phone in Canada. Speed was better than my main career which is using 4G network, because this eSim uses 5g network. Overall it has been a nice option for backup data. I have not got chance to test it for travel, will see how it goes.

My eSIM paid for 6$ is expired and there is no way to extend it or create a new one. Now that I just want to definitely cancel my registration, there is no option to delete my account and my personal data.

I have had mixed experience with them
I have had mixed experience with them. They were working fine but suddenly one day they stopped responding. I kept chasing them with my requests to restore my data bundle. Got the response one time and then completely stopped .

I've been using Seeek since beginning…
I've been using Seeek since beginning of march 2024. I had to contact the Support Team twice, but they immediately found a solution.
I really Love that Idea and it works great
Be cautious
I paid the $6 to skip the queue and got my SIM which even worked great for 2 weeks. Since then nothing works and support hasn't responded for weeks. I guess it's just to lure in new people to pay the $6 but you won't get what they promise, just 1 or 2 weeks of internet.
Don't be fooled by positive reviews, they promise 1GB/month extra for people who leave a positive review.

Great low data eSIM for emergencies
Great low data eSIM for emergencies. Used this down in Dominican Republic, and while it worked 90% of the time, it's way better than the pricey eSIMs from other carriers. Just stay in the queue if you're not in a hurry or skip the queue to speed things up. Happy overall!
Edit: May 30, 2024. They have now become unresponsive and their sims and website no longer work.
Edit: Oct 1, 2024. They've reissued my sim now.
