Skeptical, but pleasantly surprised!

I was skeptical in the beginning, but gave it a shot.
I paid $6 USD to skip the queue and try their free Nada service (3GB free data every month).

The eSIM was very easy to set up and within minutes I was connecting to one of the local carriers here in Canada. At 5G speeds no less.
I've been using it for over 2 weeks now and have been very impressed.

There's been some issues with their site over the past couple weeks, but other than that, the actual service has been solid.
I plan to sign up my family members when their Skip the queue service comes back again!

Very usable!

Perfect travel or backup SIM, with 3gb of data per month apparently funded by SMS ads. I like the business model! The data works in Canada just fine, and while its not the absolute fastest its more than enough for social media or web browsing.

Company seems to have disappeared

I am updating my review to say that despite multiple attempts to contact the company, I didn’t get any reply. They seem to have disappeared as multiple people I know are also waiting to receive their e-sim that they have paid for. Such a shame, I had hopes that this company would be successful.

Like others, I was skeptical at first, but decided to try it. Got the QR code, but had to contact support because I couldn’t get it to work. Quick response and whatever they did, the eSIM works fine now. Thanks.

As explained in our post: https://seeek.co/payments-update Stripe (our payment processor) have terminated our account and will be refunding you directly, we cannot do anything to speed up this process and implore you to contact Stripe directly for any issues. As for being a scam, you have your money back and can still join us for free, we would ask you don't tarnish our reputation with such libellous claims.

For me a rip-off

Attention, I am very dissatisfied, I paid 6€ for the eSIM on 16.3.24 and to this day it does not work, always error message that the card is not ready, I wrote to the support and they told me that the support is looking into it and until today no answer although I have contacted them 2 more times.

But this answer still came

They write (So, you only paid 6€ to skip the queue), yes I did and have been waiting 25 days for my free Esim which is not there

Edit 19.4.2024:
I got a new Esim 3 days ago, which also doesn't work like the first one (card not ready on a Samsung S23+), so never got anything for my payment

NADA is beautiful business model that saves $$ for people with light travel data needs. everything's starting and understandably chaotic but I really wish them success because this is a game changer!

So many problems code…

Wait for hours to get the first QR code but is not working, sent message and another day sent me another QR which seems fine, where the IP read located in UK, the next day it showed the IP is located in Pakistan, and today, no longer working, asked and gave me the same unusable qr code. It's so unreliable and not sure how long this company stay in business

I paid Skip the eSim activation does not function. It says invalid. I wrote to the support sometimes on different days. SInce 10 days my money is neither refunded nor do you replace the eSim.
