Family instead of an account.
The lady I spoke with ( I'm sorry I don't remember her name) was very kind and helped me with anything I didn't understand. It was like talking with a family member who had all the patience in the world; to listen to me or explain what I may or may not have understood. My experience made me feel comfortable enough to give my personal information to a total stranger and yet feel as though I had known them my entire life. Thank you for treating me like family instead of an account.
