The 4 arm plant light is great, works well.
All I would say though, emailed Senelux a few times, no reply at all.
So if want support, might not be able to get.
Hope it doesn’t go wrong, although no reason to think it will

Does the job well

Replacement pump for one with a different brand name but exactly the same dimensions. Pump was as described and arrived in the expected time. Pump works well pulling water through a filter system and heating the water to just above room temperature. This is the 3rd pump from 3 different sources and they appear to work well for 2 or 3 years which is about usual for this type of pump.

Happy with my purchase

Delivered promptly. Had a couple of issues. Emailed Senelux they responded quickly enabling me to sort out the issues.
Have only used dehumidifier for a short trial 4 hours. Very energy efficient costing only 5p per kwh.
Water tank very easy to empty.
Casters make it very manoeuvrable.
So far, happy with my purchase.

Great product and nice customer service

I bought one of their 12 litre dehumidifiers. I did buy a smaller version on Amazon last year, which I was happy with. So I thought I would buy one from Senelux directly as I prefer to give my money directly to a British brand rather than Amazon.

I had a few queries on the cost of running the dehumidifier and how the continuous drainage of the dehumidifier works. Senelux's livechat answered all these questions quickly and helpfully. So all in all, the experience was really positive, and I would purchase from them again.

Not environmentally friendly

The company provides electronic devices, air purifier, but they do not provide the replacement filters. Customer service is non responsive. This creates a tribble customer experience, as well producing electronic waste and being harmful to the environment as the customer has to throw away the product after a few months. I am not even sure if this is in line with rules and regulations.

The customer is not their priority

My tower fan arrived very quickly. But when I unpacked it And put it together I noticed there was a hole in the casing. I did plug it and it worked perfectly, it just didn't look great with a hole in it. I did use the contact form on the website. But I am impatient so the next morning 13/4/23 as I hadn't heard anything I phoned. The colleague I spoke too made a note of the problem and the call and asked me to email pictures of the fan. I did this. He did say they may offer a partial refund, which I did say would be easier than returning the item as it works. I heard nothing for a few days so called back on 17/4/23 I was informed they had seen the pictures and had decided to refund me £10, which I had not been asked if I would accept this and it was being paid back to my card. Well that was 8 days ago and I never received anything. This is really poor customer service. The sad thing is the fan is great, but would not recommend or use this company again.
