Great communication, rang and texted beforehand so I knew exactly when they would arrive. Had read the notes I added when ordering and were happy to follow instructions. Brought items into the specified room. Very friendly. Were able to answer questions I had about the item. Would highly recommend.

Terrible delivery! If I could give no stars I would. Wouldn’t listen to instructions, brusque & at times rude! Yes our address is difficult but hundreds of delivery drivers have found us over the years without me having to send my location via phone or indeed have to stand outside my house so they could see me!!
I honestly hope I never have to get anything delivered by them again! I can only say it was very stressful.

I've just accepted delivery of a new divan base for which Serene Logistics were appointed as the couriers/delivery company. In advance of delivery I received regular emails from Serene to check on delivery options, then confirmation, and a day before a re-confirmation that included an estimated time of delivery. On the day I delivery I received a few calls from Daniel, being one of the delivery guys to confirm an estimate time for delivery and updates. When it came to accepting delivery, both Daniel and Dill were friendly, courteous and respectful - delivering the divan to the room where it was to be used and not just dumping in the front doorway! It's great to see a company employing people who know how to engage with customers and delivery a customer focused service. Thanks Daniel and Dill.
