A good experience
The young delivery driver was exceptional, a credit to the company and an asset who should be rewarded.
He was polite and friendly with a cheerful disposition, he took his shoes off before entering my property and took great care while he was here, delivering to the room of my choice without hesitation, even though the delivery was very heavy and he had to lift it by himself.
Delivery men could learn a lot from him!

Helpful, pleasant delivery driver
Good communication and even though the delivery was late due to a breakdown they did tell me quickly. The delivery driver was one of the most pleasant and helpful I’ve ever experienced. Very good experience, the driver was kelvin.

Everything was fine with Sergii delivery, apart from the delivery time, which was 630 in the morning. Come on, that’s ridiculous.

How deliveries should be.
I was provided with updates on the delivery. Delivery of kingsize headboard received in time slot stated they checked for damage. Couldn’t fault them ‘Delivery with a smile’ thank you so much.

Friendly helpful delivery
I called Serene to inform them our house is a new build that is not on GPS services yet and explained how to find our address. They never passed the information on to the driver so he went to the wrong address, we had to guide him to us at 7am. The delivery team were friendly and helpful, delivered large packages to desired rooms.

All round excellent delivery experience
The whole process from notification of the delivery date to the actual delivery was excellent. We were advised a 3 hour window for delivery, the delivery arrived within the timescale and the driver was courteous and helpful in taking our product to the room that it was residing in.
