The company communicated the delivery date well, they also offered different alternatives in case their suggested date was not convenient.
On the day of delivery the packages were carried upstairs to the first floor by two helpful guys.

Chaps delivering were efficient, but it was raining and they didn't have any shoe coverings. "looks like I'm going to get your carpet dirty" wasn't what I wanted to hear!

The delivery driver arrived despite having problems with his vehicle. We were very grateful because we wanted our sons bed for Christmas. The delivery person was polite, friendly and moved the bed into the right room with ease.

Well past 8pm on a Friday night, and though I’m sure he’d rather be at home here he was in mine hundreds of miles away delivering a bed cheerfully and willingly. Outstanding. Thankyou so much.

They guys were communicative. Called before arrival but I didn't answer and so messaged, which is good as I'm no always able to take other calls but can see the message. Helped put the bed into the house and were calm in all the chaos of my house.

First time using this company and had an excellent experience. Ordered a chaise longue with an approximate 5-8 day period at the end of which it would leave their warehouse. Emailed at the end of 8 days and got an immediate reply within half an hour confirming it would leave the next day. Had clear tracking from Europe/UK/local area and everything delivered on time. Beautiful product. Really pleased and would order stuff again.

First time I've ordered from somewhere that used Serene Logistics but they were fantastic. They offered a delivery window about a week before and asked me to confirm. The delivery window was 4 hours and the driver called me 45 mins before they delivered to say roughly when they would be arriving. I live in a flat which can cause dirty looks from some delivery drivers but these two were lovely. They delivered to the room I requested and were very friendly. They gave me some advice about the return policy should I need it. Very happy :)

Just had my sofa delivered by a lovely fella. He called 30 minutes before turning up, He took it to the room of my choice with a smile. If only all delivery companies were as good as this.
