Smooth delivery, arrived on time and in perfect conditions

Good, regards to time delivery arrived.
But, they would of got 5 stars but, took one off due to one of the delivery persons dropping our item. Not what you want to happen when it is also a gift.

Delivery was on time, driver was fantastic even though he was delivered our huge bed on his own! Can’t fault the service

Delivery men were kind, polite and helpful.

Delivery was early but phoned ahead so that was fine. Carried items to rooms requested but didn’t wear shoe protectors so now have dirt on my stair carpet.

I was told delivery would be 3-5 working days, it took 8. According to an email I’d be called, after 2 days with no communication I contacted the company to be told I would receive my order on Saturday 26/11 or latest Tuesday 29/22, I took a day off work accordingly on the Tuesday after it didn’t arrive on Saturday. Tuesday afternoon arrive and still no bed. I called again to be told there wasn’t enough product so delivery wasn’t taking place till Thursday. It would have been nice to be told before the day!!
My partner then had to take a day off work for Thursday so we are now out of 2 days pay due to appalling lack of communication.
On top of this, I had confirmed delivery between 11am and 2pm. The van turned up around 8am with only one attempt at a phone-call leaving no message so to us they were arriving unannounced. This disrupted my entire day causing me huge distress.
Communication needs to be improved throughout this company and if you tell a customer something then follow through with it and don’t turn up whenever you want.

2 chaps who delivered my very heavy 3 part suite were extremely helpful,polite and careful. 3 Sofa recliner did not fit in lift and they had to carry it up without a fuss. I'd recommend this company. Thank you guys

The delivery went as planned on the day stated and within the time given and the driver called me to tell me an idea of what time the delivery would actually be made. The driver himself was very helpful and brought the delivery in the lift up to my apartment on the 4th floor, he assisted with the goods into the apartment to the room of my choice. An excellent delivery firm who appears to do its best for customers.

Serene is by the far the most unprofessional delivery company I’ve had the displeasure of receiving an item from. I ordered a set of chairs from a retailer for which Serene is the delivery company. On Serene’s first attempted delivery (which they had already rescheduled), they left 2 of the chairs at the warehouse. On their 2nd attempted and scheduled delivery, they arrived, to then realise the chairs weren’t in their van. On the 3rd delivery they woke us up at 7.20am on a Saturday despite twice telling them beforehand not to come at that time as it would be too early. They delivered an extra chair in the box by mistake so turned up for a 4th, this time unscheduled, visit to come and collect it. They woke us up calling at 7.08am and knocked on our door 10 mins later asking for the chair.

Just need to say my bed delivery was on time as advertised and delivery guy Kelvin was absolutely wonderful and very professional in every way a very good ambassador for the company.

Booked a delivery slot for Friday evening (yesterday) and our bed still hasn’t arrived. Rang this morning but as it’s Saturday no one picking up. No texts, no emails. Rang the bed company and they don’t know anything either…😞

Really good delivery company, road was blocked so they agreed to park up and bring the rather large package down the road. Friendly helpful people.

Not great communication. Didnt inform of delay, and didn't answer calls. Also usually nobody in office to answer calls.

Delivery was a little late due to the weather, but nice guys when they got here
The sideboard is well made and very pleased with the finished product when all assembled
