Absolutely horrendous service, was told delivery for early in the week, (Monday-Tuesday) as we were opening a shop Wednesday, called to confirm will be Tuesday, then told will be Wednesday morning as they’re isn’t a driver coming our way. Phoned them Tuesday mid day to confirm a time for Wednesday morning, was told to email them to see what they could do, I did. Got no response back, phoned them back Tuesday evening and was told Saturday for delivery now as there was no driver going our route( bearing in mind we’re in Leeds city centre) so one of our lads drove from Leeds to Birmingham to collect the items, got there and they didn’t have a clue about the locations of the items, we want a refund for delivery considering we had to drive over five hours to collect them, absolutely disgusting service, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

I received a firm date of delivery and a phone call half hour beforehand to.let me know they were on their way. Delivery was rapid and carried upstairs.

Actual delivery experience was fine but it was 3rd time lucky. 1st delivery was cancelled on the day due to driver illness which was understandable. 2nd delivery never turned up with no notification on the day and no acknowledgment or apology by Serene that this had happened.

Excellent service and customer care. I will definitely recommend the company and will buy again with them.

I was informed driver had had van problems so when he arrived later than scheduled (which was no problem ) bless him when the driver arrived he was polite & courteous …. Fabulous , highly recommend

Great delivery - helpful drivers

On the notice from the manufactureres to collect and deliver, they were very quick to offer a delivery slot within 2-3 working days. We were kept informed of a delivery time within the slot and it was delivered as promised.

Better & more prompt communication for delivery day needed

The delivery guys arrived and took the headboard upstairs. Didn't bother to take their shoes off nor put protective covering on them. As we have just been totally refurbished including new carpets we were not pleased. They were more interested in trying to make money from fitting the headboard rather than anything else. When they arrived I noticed all of the goods in the back of the van had not been secured and were thrown over onto the other side of the van. I mention this because when we unwrapped the headboard we could quite clearly see the top of it was scraped which was consistent with the way it was thrown about in the van. I have reported this to British Beds Direct

Brilliant service. Travelled long distance, arrived within window. A really nice chap, with a long journey back up M5. No complaints at all.

The guys delivered the package within the previously agreed time slot. They also offered to assemble the furniture, although I declined the offer.

Perfect service. Gave me early notice of date and time of delivery with only a three hour window. Called on the day to say when they were nearby and en route amd delivered to our room of choice with no fuss. Couldn't ask for anything more

Quick delivery, they arrived when they said they would, they called in the morning letting me know when they will arrive and my items were in perfect condition. Nice 👍🏻
