Excellent customer service, kept us fully informed of when they could deliver the item and despite many rearrangements because of our availability delivered it when they said.

No advance call with one hour notice of arrival, as was promised. The driver turned up (I assume was scheduled as such), again, without any advance notice, at the exact time I had advised I need to leave the house briefly to take my children to school. He then couldn't find our address, so whilst the children were getting in the car (and the clock was ticking away) I found myself standing in our driveway on the phone to the driver, trying to navigate him to our house. Luckily my wife was able to reschedule an appointment and stay at home, while I left with the children and proceeded to find the Serene driver on our way to school, to then waste more time directing him to our property. With notice of arrival, as was promised, we could have calmly arranged everything.
But let's just look at that a minute: are we to believe that it's pure coincidence that a driver turns up, completely unannounced (as was promised) at the precise moment I advised would be difficult for us? Or is it a militant little scheduler in an office somewhere, making their little stand against the world by showing a customer that indeed the schedulers call the shots and no customer can tell them what to do and when to deliver??
I've been around too long to believe the first one.
Oh, and they are impossible to reach by phone, having tried several times over two days.
In summary: if you also want to rudely show paying customers who's boss then use this company for your deliveries. If, on the other hand, you respect your customers and don't wish to antagonise them, I would suggest you steer clear of this company.
For sure I will never order again from the retailer who used Serene.

I ordered some items which were in stock and thought they would arrive within 3-5 working days, however, I had not understood that they still had to arrive to the UK first from a warehouse abroad. I contacted the company as I needed the furniture asap and they arranged for the furniture to be sent early so that I had it for the weekend. I was very pleased, and the delivery went very smoothly. Furniture is great too.

Drivers arrived on time having messaged ahead and delivered to the room as requested.

Satisfied with the sofabed, although some may find it quite firm as a bed.
Assembly instructions hopeless, I consider myself as good with self assembly furniture. Tools proved inadequate, no indication in the instructions to undo zips for access to fitment holes.
Disappointed at having to pay an extra £40 when returning the sofa due to the wrong color the online price was raised by £60 then lowered to £40 after I complained.

But all said and done I am happy with the sofabed.
