Great Service and Prices
The drives I ordered were initially out of stock, but Ben reached out, found me a comparable replacement (slightly more $$$ but still a hell of a deal), and sent me sata cables because I mentioned in passing I had to order those in conversation. Was on top of the order, and made sure the drives were installed and worked as intended. Great service the whole way through. Shipping was fast too.

We’re sorry you feel this way, but we want to clarify what happened. Your order was accepted based on available stock, however during our standard testing process the remaining units did not pass our quality checks so we could not ship them
We then contacted you to inform you of the situation and checked with suppliers for stock that meets our quality standards. We simply asked if you would like to proceed if suitable units were available at a different cost, there was no obligation and no change made without approval
We understand this wasn’t ideal, but there was no intent to mislead. Our focus is always to ensure customers only receive properly tested, working equipment

I ordered a refurbished server board…
I ordered a refurbished server board (part #507304-001) from Server Blink and had a great experience from start to finish. Jasmine was communicative throughout the entire process keeping me updated on shipping, following up to make sure everything arrived okay, and even helping me look into additional parts I needed. The part itself worked perfectly once installed. I do have to give Jasmine a hard time though she called me "Chris" for the first half of our emails (my last name is Christopher, so I get it constantly). To her credit, she apologized immediately and got it right from then on. A small laugh in an otherwise smooth transaction. Would definitely order from Server Blink again just make sure they know your first name upfront! :)

Highly recommend Server Blink for reconditioned monitors
I was very happy with a couple of reconditioned 30-inch, high resolution monitors I bought from Server Blink to replace existing Dell monitors I have. These monitors are no longer in production, and I needed exact replacements for my propriety needs.
