I advise NO Company to Use SEUR

I advise NO Company to Use SEUR, we have had a lot of things delevered to our House, same adresse every time and SEUR is the only Company that each time just say that They Cant find adress, and They Make us drive 40 km to Malaga to Pick up our things. We stopped byeing things from Companys that Use SEUR.😡😡

It is difficult to understand how bad a company such as SEUR can be A delivery company that does not deliver!
I paid a lot of money to have a heavy parcel delivered to my house and received an email saying that it would be delivered within a stated time only for it to be delivered to a pickup point and so I had to get in my car and use my time and fuel in order to complete the job they have been paid to do Unfortunately, we none of us, have a choice of courier if we order something online

Seur is a disaster

Seur is a disaster. When they mess up, which has happened frequently in my case, they are incapable of giving any clear information about what has happened to the parcel. I was asked whether I had photographed the box before it was collected - which implies that losing a parcel is pretty common and it's best to have photographic evidence so that they can try to find it again.
The various departments don't seem to speak to each other, the website tracking is a joke because it's not updated and the staff sound harried and overworked (I'm not surprised).
Cross your fingers if you send something with Seur, you never know, it might actually get delivered!

One more time loosing my time with Seur.
They had to pick up an article .They did not came !!
Staying home for nothing !
Now they wrote on the website that I cancelled the pickup.!!!
There is always something with seur.
The chauffeur does not phone so simpel things can't be solved .The worst company in Spain .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - TERRIBLE SERVICE


I strongly advise against using this company. You will likely never receive what you ordered, and they will repeatedly lie to you, claiming they attempted delivery when you were "absent." This is completely false. My package was supposed to arrive 10 days ago, and I still have no idea where it is.

Despite having a reception at my urbanization, they falsely claimed three times that they attempted delivery. This company is utterly unreliable, and there is no reasonable explanation for the delay. Worse, there’s no way to contact them – no working phone numbers, email addresses, or even a proper website. Everything is handled by bots.

Avoid this scam of a company at all costs!

Bad service. Avoid!

EDIT: Added a star because my issue was resolved. Contacted them by email and facebook; also contacted Decathlon. FB replied first and assisted me. However: 1) On both occasions that my date of pick up was changed, there was a claim that I was not home or my building was inaccessible. Both untrue. 2) Having to try 3 different channels to get their attention is an issue. I still cannot recommend them until they improve their professionalism and customer service. There are so many other couriers that do better work. I have decided not to order from Decathlon until they change their courier for returns, take responsibility for these issues, or both.

Terrible. Claims there was an attempt to pick up the item but the building was closed, the doorbell wasn't working, or I wasn't home. I've been home the whole day, I have a witness. The bell works fine. I received a delivery this morning. The building is residential. All the courier has to do is buzz. What's worse is there's no way to follow up, ask, contact the driver, or even contact SEUR. I sent them an email and messaged facebook. We'll see if anything happens.

If I could I'd leave a minus 1 star review. They won't deliver if you don't have a spanish phone number. They say you're not home when you are - as they don't even try to press a doorbell in an apartment with over 80 residents. I too will not order now from a company who uses them. Management should be sacked too

One star is too many.

Liars who say that you were out, when you weren't. Absolutely no way to contact them. After several bad experiences, I decided to use a pick-up point instead and they claim to have attempted delivery but it was closed (attempting to deliver when it's clearly not during the opening hours of their pick-up point). The only option is to collect from their office 21km away. Maisons du Monde refused to refund the delivery charges of 24,90 euros even though delivery had not taken place. I now do not place any orders where they are the named delivery company.

Miserable.

The worst delivery company. It's the only delivery that doesn't call, they give the longest delivery windows, they use an excuse that you weren't home (and, surprise, you actually were home, religiously waiting during a their 14h window!).

They screwed up 3 big orders so far: two from Leroy Merlin and one from Ikea (notice that they collaborate with them and consider other options).

How are these cowboys still in business? How are they getting contracts with the sellers??

If I see SEUR in delivery options in a store I change my mind, truly. This is ridiculous.

Don’t expect good communications

Their communication is terrible and their website is terrible. HOWEVER, they did get my package from valencia to bilbao on time within 24 hours like they said they would initially so I can not complain. It seems domestically within Spain they are good with deliveries, but there may be problems elsewhere.

They are totally incompetent

They are totally incompetent! I would not have ordered this item if I'd known that they would use SEUR! They claim incomplete address, but other companies that Amazon use manage to find me without problem. They also claimed that they'd tried to deliver over an hour before the actual time! They now want me to collect it from a pick up point, despite being told that this is impossible due to mobility problems. The pick up point is also far away in the city despite local options that friends could possibly help with. Totally useless and should be avoided at all costs!

One star is a star too much

One star is a star too much! There should be an option to leave - stars to be honest for a company as awful and Appalling as this one.

The job is to deliver packages. Well mine was due on the 24th July and we are now 20 days later and I all they say is there is a delay! No updates no compensation no apology nada! I am left to chase daily and get zero news of any kind!

Last time I am ordering from Zara home for sure since this pathetic joke of a company seems tobe their preferred delivery partner

Same as the parent company. Useless. When i am at home, as remote working and i get an email saying you were unable to deliver for ausencia? Very poor. Now I am waiting for my order endless while you are delivering it to a pick up point.

Never ever use Seur

I have been at home waiting for a delivery for THREE WEEKS. Seur says they haven't been able to deliver since nobody has been at home.
Fake. They haven't called my phone number. They haven't rung on my door/gate bell (I have a system recording all calls in history).
Once I was given the opportunity to set a day for the delivery (August 1, 09:00 - 15:00). Did they show up? I spent a whole day sitting and waiting.
It's so frustrating to spend time without having any information when they will show up.
Their web site doesn't offer a way to get in touch with any agent in order to simplify and clarify the issues. Especially if you don't speak Spanish (you would at least expect an English support).
This is by far far far the most incompetent transportation company I've ever experienced.

I would rate it with a 0 if I could. Wherever I order something online and I see that Seur is the one in charge I start shaking in anxiety. They DON'T EVEN ATTEMPT to deliver the package, ffs they don't even leave a note in the mail! Avoid at all costs!

I would give 0 star if I could!
Seur is definitely THE WORST shipping company in the world!! The problems with them?
1. They tell you an estimated delivery time range, they never come within that period or even that same day!! It’s totally messing up your day sometimes!
2. You scheduled a pickup time with them, they’d never respect the selected time, they come whenever they want
3. Sometimes, they dont even try to deliver to your address and leave the parcel at a pick up point right away, said in the note that we weren’t home! BUT we were home the whole time!

All these have happened multiple times! I’m so fed up with them! I hope all the businesses that I deal with will never deliver by Seur!

Companies: Please stop using SEUR!

Disgraceful company. Unfortunately we have ordered from many websites that have subsequently used SEUR to transport their products and there have been problems each time. For each delivery, SEUR have claimed we were not at home at times when we most definitely were. Our buzzer is loud and works well, and there was no calls from SEUR at the times they claim to have attempted delivery. On some of occasions, parcels (heavy furniture) were taken to one of their pick up tiendas, far from our home; resulting in much inconvenience, as we don't have a car. We have wasted many days waiting at home for deliveries that have not arrived and had to be rescheduled numerous times. Parcels and products have arrived damaged and had obviously not been handled with care. We will not buy products from any companies that use SEUR. IF COMPANIES CARE ABOUT THEIR PROFITS, THEY SHOULD STOP USING SEUR!

What an absolute joke of a company, not only they don't deliver on time, but they don't update any information on what's going on with your parcel.
And the cherry on top is how every single way of trying to get customer service is either pointless and fruitless or locked behind a phone payment.

The amount of insults and anger I am currently holding I'm keeping behind the screen.

IF YOU ARE A COMPANY LOOKING TO SEND YOUR GOODS DO NOT USE SEUR, THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY, LET THEM GO BANKRUPT.
