Neither the Washing machine company or…
Neither the Washing machine company or SGK asked me about access, which seemed to leave the delivery guys helpless. I don’t know whether the guys are meant to just get it up two floors and they couldn’t be bothered (when they realised, they had to call their boss), or whether a risk assessment needed to be done (by asking about access) and additional equipment given for safe delivery.
It’s a shame as It could be so straightforward and less time faffing around so they can complete their deliveries on time and go home.

I was informed the my delivery would be between 3pm and 6pm. I made arrangements accordingly. Delivery did not turn up until 8.30pm. Although I was informed that it would be after 6pm it progressed gradually until 8.30pm The 2 guys were very polite and put my item in the correct place

Delivery of artificial grass
The 2 young men were very polite friendly and really helpful. They carried my grass for me to where I wanted it and it was very heavy. So thank you. I would definitely recommend this company for delivery’s and while waiting they kept me updated which is good.
