Got a delivery of a smarty sim card
Got a delivery of a smarty sim card. Delivery drive put it on front step without knocking door.i never new it was there. it was only after checking ring doorbell. It would easily have went in letterbox absolutely appalling service driver should be sacked.
Rubbish service
I have twice ordered things for delivery to lockers near me for next day and both times they have been out for delivery and then get a text about 5pm saying they will not be there today!!!!! Rubbish service not wasting my time anymore.
Useless delivery times
prime is a waste of money several times in the last weeks I’ve put orders in using Amazon prime
The delivery slot changes throughout the day and it’s now getting a joke. I’ve been sat in for hours now waiting for a parcel a small parcel to be delivered and the delivery window has changed four times delivery addresses approximately 4 miles from me Can have items delivered within a very short timeframe and yet I seem to be sat in every time in the evening, waiting and waiting and waiting for the delivery no apology from the driver and the usual fluff from the auto bot at Amazon who actually suggested that if the item didn’t arrive today or by Friday five days from now they would issue a refund
Forget the inconvenience we’ll just get it to you by Friday
HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO DEPEND AGAIN ON THEM.
MAILED ME TO SAY IT'S ON IT'S WAY,,,,IT WASN'T.
IMPOSSIBLE TO GAIN ANY INFORMATION.
WAS SUPPOSED TO BE '48 HRS... IT WAS FIVE DAYS.
AS IT WAS A 'SIGNED FOR' DELIVERY, AND I GOT NO INFO ABOUT WHEN IT WAS COMING THAT MEANT i HAD TO STAY IN INDEFINATELY.
UNABLE TO CONTACT THEM SO CONTACTED THE SELLER INSTEAD. AND THEY COULDNT HELP ME.
NEVER WANT ANYTHING EVER TO DO WITH THIS AMATEUR DELIVERY SERVICE.
I DETESTE amazon
I DETESTE amazon. They always lie, items NEVER EVER arrive. Its so strange and Im sick of it. Customers loses out every time. Disgraceful.

Amazon delivery drivers are hopeless…
Amazon delivery drivers are hopeless and have no interest in what they are delivering. On multiple occasions they abandon parcels on the doorstep in the rain, despite clear instructions where to put them safe and undercover. Trying to complain to Amazon is impossible, they do not want to know.
2 Years!! STILL NOT SENT BY AMAZON.co.uk
In November 2023 I placed & paid for an order which is sold & dispatched by Amazon themselves.
I was informed that the order would have free delivery & be delivered 6 months from the order date which was fine by me.
Every six months since then I have received an email telling me the order is delayed - this has gone on for two years now!
The item (chemical resistant gloves, 10 pairs) was, & still is, being sold on amazon.
One year later, in Nov 2024, i ordered the same item(s) again ..and again I've received the same emails to say there is a delay in shipping. So, all in all, I have now been waiting 2 years & 1 year respectively for Amazon to fulfill their contract with me having taken my money & sent nothing in return apart from empty promises.
I have been in touch with their customer services who are next to useless & just regurgitate the "we can only see what you see" spiel. When I have gotten through to a "manager" (through my own insistence) I get he usual promises of "we'll get a request out to our other delivery centres to supply the order..blah blah" & then nothing happens bar the usual email 6 months later telling me it's delayed.
SO WHY SAY ALL OF THIS? HERE'S WHY..
If you, Amazon, do not have the items you are advertising for sale then take them off your site & inform customers that their orders are not possible rather than keeping folk hanging around for literally nothing.
I will keep these two orders open just to see if we can break any World record for the slowest delivery time achieved by any company.
I have since found much better & far cheaper gloves on EBAY which were delivered promptly & with no fuss or bother. It's obvious to see who the clear winner is here.
I would give no stars if I could
I would give no stars if I could. Amazon couriers constantly dump goods on doorsteps. By doing so they are not providing the customer with a service. if the customer or seller pays postage costs then the courires (dumpers) should have the courtesy to hand to the recipient. These are good brought and paid for by the customers being dumped on our doorsteps for others to pinch.
Delivery was due yesterday
Amazon Shipit
Delivery was due yesterday. No time slot was given. Delivery can be up to 10:00pm. Having wasted an entire day, at gone 21:30, they emailed to say delivery would be today between 07:30-11:30. It finally turned up at 13:48.
I see they are extremely low rated and have not responded. What a surprise.
I’d have given no stars if that had been an option. Avoid like the plague
More and more often parcels are being…
More and more often parcels are being delivered late. Used to be a reliable company always delivering on time. Royal mail and EVRI are unreliable.
Delayed my parcel for 3 times in a row and pretent to have tried...amazing
My parcel delayed 3 times (I paid the next day Gurrantee premier service) . Amazon even "prentended" that they will delivery on the morning and then in 5 PM they said "recipient unavailable". But actually I am at home all day and have security cameras. Avoid...
Left my packages in completely exposed…
Left my packages in completely exposed areas where people could take it. These delivery drivers don’t have a care in the world about customers that have ordered
Don’t knock or follow instructions ! Just dump & go!…
Amazon delivery in my area is totally rubbish. They never knock or ring the doorbell (even though we’re usually home) or follow our delivery instructions! They just dump parcels on my doorstep in full view of all passers by. Some of the items I order are high value & luckily my neighbours have knocked on my door or called me to say a box is sat outside, or picked up the parcel & taken it home for safe keeping. Just because you’re still making a fortune Amazon don’t think unhappy customers won’t go elsewhere for a better price and service! Sort out your delivery drivers & shoddy service!
Worst Delivery Company Ever
If I could give lower than 1 star I would. Both my son and I have ordered items from different websites using Amazon Shipping for deliveries.
All items over several months have been delivered to the wrong address in a completely different county despite having the postcode and county clearly on the address.
Each time we complained they told us they had made adjustments so it would not happen again.
They are the worst delivery company ever and I now have several companies I will no longer order from as they still use them.
Amazon prime delivery is the worst…
Amazon prime delivery is the worst service I pay for I can not believe how bad it has got. And they are asking you to pay extra for am delivery what a rip off company they have become
INEXCUSABLE FAILURE
INEXCUSABLE FAILURE: A Company Wasting Our Time With 19th-Century Tracking
To my fellow customers, we must be clear: Amazon's delivery service is fundamentally broken and actively disrespectful of our time.It is astonishing that a company built on logistics and technological advancement consistently fails at the most basic promise: reliable delivery. Widespread dissatisfaction is the norm, not the exception. We are all subjected to the same infuriating cycle of driver instructions being ignored, packages being abandoned in exposed, unsafe locations, and frequent delivery errors that send shipments to the wrong address. The commitment to promised delivery times is a joke; "reliability" simply does not exist in your vocabulary. My recent experience highlights this systemic incompetence perfectly. We were told of a delivery scheduled for Monday. This requires clearing an entire day—a precious, non-refundable 24 hours—to wait. We dutifully kept the whole day open, only to receive a single, vague message in the early afternoon: “The van has left for delivery.”That was the last meaningful update. We wasted the entire day, waiting, watching, and being held hostage by an archaic, inefficient system. As I write this, we are still waiting, our productive time utterly nullified.Stop Treating Our Time as DisposableIn a world where children’s toys have live GPS tracking and simple food apps show the exact location of the courier, it is absolutely unacceptable that a multi-billion dollar logistics giant cannot provide accurate, minute-by-minute tracking. This is not rocket science. With the technological advancements available today, your delivery vans, drivers, or central dispatch could easily utilize a basic smartphone and tracking software to provide:The driver’s current location relative to the route. An accurate Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).Confirmation that the route is being followed efficiently. The failure to implement this is not a technical oversight; it is a deliberate corporate negligence that maximizes your convenience while deliberately frustrating and disrespecting the customer. We demand better. We demand reliable service and tracking technology that is current, not decades old. Until you fix this core infrastructure failure, you are simply a company that prioritizes profits over the basic respect owed to every paying customer. If you agree, let your voice be heard. We deserve better than wasted days and broken promises.
I never received the first delivery and…
I never received the first delivery and cannot get my money back from the supplier. Personally, I think they are crap,
I would not have given any stars if it had been allowed
Terrible service, urge companies to reconsider before using.
Absolutely terrible delivery service. This service was clearly rushed and not ready to start operating when it has. I urge any companies planning on outsourcing deliveries by using this amazon service to thoroughly research and read so that they know what they’re in for.
I was expecting two orders from the same company (BSI Merchandise) to arrive on the same day, alongside some items ordered directly from amazon — all due to be delivered by amazon’s new courier service, amazon shipping.
One item from the company (BSI Merchandise) turned up along with the amazon website items, and was abanadoned outside my building in the dark. I live on the top floor and acknowledge there was 4 packages, one of which was quite heavy, so I’d have been happy to go down and help carry the items up! However, the courier never contacted me to say they’d arrived or that they were outside. They made absolutely no attempt to contact me via the buildings phone, or my mobile phone. It wasn’t until I checked my emails to see if there’d been a problem and was shocked to see my delivery had been marked as delivered to my “safe place.” I checked outside my front door and could see nothing, so I rushed downstairs to find everything blocking the buildings front door. When I tried carrying it up in my own, the box split and all my items fell out. Again, I’d have been happy to help the delivery driver carry the items upstairs but they never notified me of their arrival! My items could have been easily stolen or broken.
The second item from the company (BSI Merhandise) using amazons new shipping company never turned up. I recieved two emails - one stating the delivery was running late, and then another stating the package was “undeliverable” both emails had the same timestamp of 8:55pm. I contacted the company I ordered from directly but have yet to hear back.
I had hoped the item would show up today, as the tracking still says “delivery by 9pm today” however it is now 9:27pm and there’s no package anywhere in sight. The tracking hasn’t updated since 11:56am YESTERDAY (24/09/25) when the item was collected from the dispatch centre for delivery. I tried responding to the number that texted me to say the parcel was out for delivery, however I got a text back saying “Default help message.” … That’s literally all it said. Default. Help. Message. This suggests to me that this new “amazon shipping” company was clearly not ready to start delivering 3rd party packages, since they haven’t even managed to set up a simple help message for when customers packages have vanished into thing air, and apparently they can’t update the tracking information either!!!
