My 2018 T120 Bonneville needed its first oil change under my ownership. I gave Shirlaws a phone to make sure they had everything I needed and were open on the bank holiday. I turned up the next day, h... See more

Spent a rainy Saturday afternoon checking out the bikes and motorcycle gear at Shirlaws. Louise in the clothing section was ultra helpful as always, great banter with various members of staff on all things bike related, all in all an excellent customer experience.

Me and my son went for our first trip to Shirlaws Aberdeen , the shop show room is huge and we where surprised at the amount of bikes . The staff where all really helpful with purchase of my new bike , the Ktm department was amazing with lots of clothing and kit.
Great company to deal with 👍,
Friendly and helpful staff.
Highly recommend.
I sometimes find myself working in Aberdeen and if I get a chance, at lunchtime, I have a look around the bike shops for 1/2 an hour or so. Over the years I have been no stranger to Shirlaws and always thought it was a decent shop for both bikes and clothing, which has taken a few quid from me especially the harlvesson range. Recently I received word that the whole nine yards had moved and after putting the new details in my sat nav, off I go. To say I wasn't disappointed is an understatement. Putting it simply, the new place is probably the best bike showroom in Scotland it is outstanding. Along with a very friendly bunch of staff means I will definitely be back and see what my next bike might be. A pleasure spending my lunch hour with you guys and girls!!!
Louise Sharp in Clothing Department restored my faith in Customer Service. After being badly let down by supplier for a part ordered months ago … And my departure date was in 3 days time … Louise sourced a suitable alternative. Fitted it to my helmet and checked it fitted correctly … All FOC thanks ✅
Customer service is absolutely amazing. Recently bought the new bike and I am very delighted with it! Daniel, the sales advisor was very helpful and informative about my purchase!
Thank you all once again!
I purchased a KTM from Shirlaws. I was told the bike would be serviced before i could collect. When i collected the bike and drove home to Perth i noticed that there are 2 steel bars which run along each side of engine. They are fixed at the front, but not bolted at the rear near footpegs. I sent images of this to Shirlaws. No response. Rang again, and a mechanic asked for additional photos, which again were sent. That was nearly 1 month ago and not a word from Shirlaws. I find it hard to believe that a service could be carried out, as these bars are in from of oil drain plugs. Such poor service.
I bought a ktm 790 duke from shirlaws , dealt with Daniel for the whole process and can’t fault anything, and love the bike , thank you Daniel for your honest advice , highly recommend
New Tiger 900 in June from Daniel. All in all a positive experience. Good trade in for my Street Triple.
Would buy again from Shirlaws
I had been in email contact with Craig from Shirlaws about trading my motorbike in for a much newer Tiger Sport 660 or GT Pro 900. Craig took his time and I ended up deciding on the GT Pro. I consider I got a really good deal on my trade in as well as on the GT Pro so a definite win win. I bought some accessories and the other staff were equally friendly and helpful too. This was a big jump in performance and I was anxious about setting off. I was never rushed and was given support and encouragement which was very much appreciated. As I was about to leave Craig said he would contact me to ensure I got back home safely as I had a 2.5hr ride. Sometimes you can be told things and you think to yourself this is just sales patter. I never sensed that at all during my time at Shirlaws and true to his word Craig did contact me, which I really appreciated. I would certainly recommend Shirlaws in Aberdeen without hesitation and despite the distance I'll definitely be back. Thank you Shirlaws for your excellent customer care. Just to confirm this morning was my very first time visiting their shop and I have no affiliation with the company.
Great sales service from Dan and loving the new bike. Kept me informed all the way and blew the competition out the water with a great trade-in deal. Couldn’t recommend Shirlaws enough.
New bike delivered this week. Really happy with it and also had exceptional customer service, from start to finish. Would definitely recommend! 5 Stars.
After a change of circumstances decided to get another form of transportation. Dealt with Shirlaws in the late 80’s and this new experience was on point as it was then
Daniel was my point of contact and everything was conducted with ease from ordering to delivery.
Would have no problem recommending Shirlaws if you fancy getting back onto 2 wheels.
Thank you 😊
I have previously bought a bike from Shirlaws several years ago and found it a totally enjoyable hassle free experience
When l decided to buy a new bike l had no hesitation to use them again
There are Triumph dealers closer to where l live but because of my previous dealings with Shirlaws went with them again
Daniel,my point if contact couldn't have been more helpful and made the whole process again trouble free and enjoyable
I would have no hesitation in recommending Shirlaws to anyone thinking of buying a motorcycle
Came in here as a newbie looking for my first bike to buy, all the staff were so welcoming and helpful, patient with all my questions. Buying the bike was a flawless process from start to finish. They even loaded it in the back of my van for me! Great company to do business with :)
I recently purchased a bike and clothing from Shirlaws, first class service from initial enquiry right through to delivery. Thank you very much guys.
Bought another new bike from shirlaws, got a good deal and great service from adding new to parts. Being kept up to date with progress and getting the bike delivered, Liam and Craig are both great and a good laugh.
I completed a part-ex deal for a new Tiger 900 GT Pro, Shirlaws were offering the best trade in and also great offers on new bike. Daniel was very helpful through out the process, helping with both insightful information and resolving other requests quickly.
Shirlaws did exactly what they agreed to do! Very pleased.
I initially was dealing with another dealer for a new 765RS, I thought I was getting a decent deal.. until I found the same bike at Shirlaws. They gave me an even better deal and included collection of my bike and delivered the 765RS. From start to finish it was a fairly easy process, the staff at Shirlaws were very helpful and polite. Craig dealt with my constant questions well and it was greatly appreciated. The only issue I had was dealing with the online application for finance, but this was quickly and easily resolved by Dawn which was very impressive!
I would not hesitate to buy another bike from Craig and the team at Shirlaws.
I recently bought my Svartpilen 125 from Shirlaws and they were absolutely fantastic! Craig was extremely helpful and being my first bike I was very nervous to collect but between Craig and Liam being so confidence inspiring and really making me feel at ease I was away on two wheels for the first time and couldn’t be happier!
