I've been buying from them for a couple of years. My last order contained a bag of peanuts that were rancid. Only a couple of dollars, so no big deal. But I also ordered a big bag of expensive shelled Turkish pistachios which were some of the worst pistachios I've ever eaten and I've eaten a lot of pistachios. Honestly I'm not even sure they were actually Turkish pistachios, they seemed more like standard American ones. Not sure I'm gonna ever order from them again.

I placed order for 2 items they charged me for 2 items and shipped me only 1 item. I requested for credit more than 2 months ago and so far got nothing. Another item Masoor Dal they charged me but shipped me infested item which was very old and has live insects inside.I complained to them they never replaced the item nor credited my account. I have quit placing orders with them after being their customer for 5 plus years.

I would give it 0 Stars if i could. This is a business with no business ethics. Read the reviews on BBB complaints page before you buy. Stay away.

Communication from this site was courteous, prompt, and helpful--especially when my item was out of stock. I received updates on both availability and shipping, right up until my order was delivered.

I had a good experience- some of my order was out of stock but besides that everything came one time and packaged nicely.

I ordered bags of 3 inch cinnamon sticks. The delivery came quickly and I was very pleased with the sticks and the price.

very dishonest seller, i bought food flavor from them, (5 bottles), they shipped me two bottles without even notifying me. Terrible customer service. Stay away from them. Finally had to open dispute to get the money back. Very shady business practice.

Horrible and dishonest vendor. They don't ship what they sell. Also if you buy something if it says "KhanaPakana" brand, stay clear, they put items in clear plastic bags, no label on them whatsoever. You have no idea what is the origin, what is the weight or any nutritional labeling.
Do not use PayPal with this vendor as well.

I ordered black seed oil and one of the bottles had leaked. They had me jumping through hoops until I said enough. Never got bottle replaced so that is $19 gone. I ordered 3 bags of black seed itself and the bags came in this really thin plastic not approved for food storage. I'm going to request that they take me off their email list.
I never want to see this company on my email inbox again.

High quality items & xcellent customer service.

Not only was the stock NOT kept up on the products I ordered, but I recieved a call about a substitution to be made. Why was it sold to me if it was not available. I also ordered bulk basil.
It was shipped in a thin plastic vaccuum seal bag that was incorrectly sealed. The incorrect seal left a hole and 2/3 of my 6oz pkg was loose in the entire shipping box. When I emailed pictures, called twice I was told that bags are not filled up all the way so it looked fine. Mind you it is a $6 bag, but never was I offered a replacement, only a 20% refund. Very poor customer service and I will NEVER order from them again!

I had ordered several spice mixes and some ghee to make a dish for a wedding. I ordered them 3 weeks in advance, but was told that the ghee and another of the items weren't available. I panicked because I live in an area where there are no stores that carry desi foods. Customer service said they'd send what they did have, but the wedding was only days away by this time! Turned out they mailed it priority mail and I got it with 2 days to spare...and it had the ghee! They made the effort and I'm a happy cook!

The items I received were not the items I ordered and I will not be ordering from them again

Many of the grocery items that were ordered and paid for but later I was informed that are not in stock and some items were refunds and some were shipped as substitute with another brand.
The WEB site must show if the items are in stock or not, if not then the customer should have option to make another selection instead they charge first then later call and ask you for giving a substitute brand that we have no clue about.
I ordered 5.0 pounds bag of Roasted Channa but I end up getting a substitute brand which unfortunately was RANCID and STALE with BAD taste, that I had to throw in trash.
Other items in the list were OK.

I'm not satisfied with the Vatika hair oil I purchased here. It looks weird and the top was not sealed. It looks something else has been poured in the bottle. My hair is flaking and itching since I used the product.

False Statements of Free Shipping
They initially announced that there is free shipping for orders over $75. They then after a few days write an e-mail stating that for the rice shipping is expensive upto $45, but they will do it for $15. When you want to buy more rice of the same kind they will not allow it but will make you buy it in a separate orders. This is their way of cheating customers.
When it comes to refunding the money for products not sent. We have to call them over and over again to get our money back. It is better to buy from Amazon where it is cheaper and free shipping.

I would give the 0 stars if there was an option. I recently purchased some cooking sauces online from this place and some other items. All the item were expired or soon to be expired. I called them for a exchange or refund and the guy proceeded to curse me out and disrespect me. This is absolutely not how you run a business. From the looks of it they have been scamming people for awhile now. BBB needs to shut this place down ASAP!!
