I purchased a scooter and never…

I purchased a scooter and never received it report the company to tick tock shop management and they asked me to flag it and send them a copy I did that I sent them a video I sent them pictures I even sent them the amount that was taken from me they could not find it in the logs that they have so I still proved it to them because they said I need to show them a video with their names on it so they can see that I purchased it from their company I did that they said to me that the company did nothing wrong so every time I see it on there to this day I flag it I flag and I warned the other customers there that scooter was for $38.99 and you probably said to yourself come on now you know doggone well that wasn't a price that was legit well when you're desperate and you can't afford the regular price of scooters and you live alone you're by yourself you got to do everything by yourself you try to grab some deals well you're right the deal was not a deal it was a scam and I got scammed and they will not do anything about it these people have accused me of trafficking and the fact that they use that word I thought okay maybe I don't know what that means so I question about it and I looked it up and I could not believe what they were saying so I asked him how did you come to this where where did that come from from one of my promotion that day pushed me to do on one of my products that I was trying to sell so I can make some money to pay for my anti-rejection medication and also my granddaughter had put a GoFundMe account so I put it on there as well to push it I need the money to help pay for my medication and they said that I was trying to explore kids they said they didn't think it was fair that I was trying to reach out to young people to send money which I have no idea what these people are talking about it was just a promotion I paid my money and they stopped the promotion and flag my account but later on they said it was wrong they you know after I threaten them and after I couldn't believe it I said I want to apologize what what you guys do all I do is try to grab you know a little campaign here and there and I pray for people that come up there they say they have cancer it touches my heart so I pray that's all I do I've never did anything else on this this company's website Dave platform I've never done it and I was accused of trafficking so that's defamation right there and then I got this scam when they took my money. And guess what our government has made it where we can't do anything about it because they have these agreements because you have the allowed to do a whole bunch of things and get lower fees so they can get to the US Governor can get more money the government is not on our side they don't help us and they won't help us I've asked a question why is this allowed and that's when they gave all the answer to why these companies can come in here like Shane and screw everything she has sent me some pot some bags when they finally send my product because every time I shop machine at one point everything was going to a whole another address I started thinking these addresses is their friends because it clearly says my address there in Georgia and how some of my product got into Washington DC I don't know even when I called the post office and ask questions they just kind of laughed at me and said we can't give you the answers only that company can what do that say to you okay so we're not covered our government is not covering their people they allow in China to come up in here and just do whatever they want to do and I'm sick of it! I just noticed here that they have a guideline and we have to go buy some review guideline I never read that because I speak my truth whether it goes against those people in a negative way or whatever breaking a guidelines I'll tell you what and I'm going to say it again I've said it once I'll say it again it's my truth I'm not changing it if you have a problem with it you can stop it because I will not say anything different only the truth I'm not going to pacify these people like our government does okay so if I do a review you can Bank on it.

Absolutely disgraceful

Absolutely disgraceful! Customer rights completely ignored. They say they will refund if the item doesn’t fit but they don’t. I asked for return but it’s was denied for some unknown reason. The item wasn’t cheap and I put return same day I received them. Avoid at all costs!

Stolen items

Hi my name is Tracy, and I ordered about a little over $100 worth of merchandise that supposedly was to be delivered 05/16 at around 1517, and from what I gathered from my neighbors door camera, the guy came put the package by my door, supposedly took the picture as proof, picked it back up and exited with the package, once I received the email saying my package was delivered I immediately went to the door, by the time I opened my door the package was gone. I contacted the third party delivery company, the said the package was delivered. So I sent them the video, they said they would investigate and to give them up to 3 days, I check my email the next day, and they said the delivery guy from GOFO, delivered my package, and that he never stole anything, still and all I never received my 5 items, I will not be ordering from TikTok ever again.

My advice would be to avoid tik tok…

My advice would be to avoid tik tok shop at all costs. I ordered a leaf blower and they sent out 2. I contacted them and arranged to send one back for a refund. After weeks of trying to resolve this issue I am still awaiting my refund.
They have the returned item and my money which must be illegal. This also happened with another item I ordered but I kept it for a birthday gift as it wasn't very expensive.
I think they send out multiple items deliberately hoping you won't bother sending them back. I will never purchase from them again.

Tiktok is vulgar the service is vulgar dodgy scum bags sellers and titktok support this whether you have damning evidence or not. Thwy just suppoers sellers especially the dodgy ones, and think their untouchable avoid it like the plague especially dennys shop, tiktok clearly takeaway back handers to turn blind eyes.

I bought an item which was advertised…

I bought an item which was advertised wireless. So I ordered and it was not wireless. I contacted them to return the item. They said it is not policy to return any item. So i strongly recommend not to buy any item from tick tok shop. They are selling but if it want to return. No way so please discourage them by not buying any time.

Avoid!

Product arrived half empty but TikTok won't do anything about it because I can't record the unboxing??!!!! Sorry TikTok but I don't have the ability to go back in time!!! Idiots! Will NEVER use again. There is no guarantee with them at all.

AVOID

I would say do not buy at all, the service is shocking if things go wrong. I have been waiting for a refund for over 5 weeks for a faulty item and Shark Beauty are also useless and unhelpful, in fact trying to get out of refunding. So i would say avoid unless the item is pennies.

Worst service ever

Most awful place to shop! The sellers are unprofessional anyone can sell on TikTok. On top of that customer service from TiKTok is extremely bad 93% 1 stars I totally understand why. I got the MiXa cream 3 kinds and developed a really bad reaction. I stoped using it sent TikTok pictures and they said thanks for the feedback there’s instructions on the cream on how to use it. Trying to imply it’s mu fault I had a reaction. APPALLING.

Tiktok are a scam . They use third class company delivery providers. Its say delivered, when you go downstairs to get your parcel didn't find it. Plus it was not delivered to my front door...deleting Tiktok. For good

Worst customer service – approved my refund then refused

I ordered a wardrobe from TikTok Shop. The seller sent wrong parts and admitted the labelling was wrong. TikTok approved my refund.

Then they reversed it. They claimed there was a "chargeback" blocking the refund.

I contacted my bank (Revolut). They confirmed in writing: no chargeback was ever raised. I sent this proof to TikTok multiple times.

TikTok ignored my evidence and kept sending the same automated refusal.

PayPal closed my dispute. There are no blocks. TikTok just refuses to honour their own refund approval.

I have now been forced to consider legal action. TikTok Shop does not stand by their decisions and ignores proof from customers' own banks.

Buyer beware. If something goes wrong, TikTok will approve your refund, then take it back and ignore you.

NO SUCH THING AS CARING CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could give a zero I would! I contacted the TikTok Shop as soon as I realized my package (Shark vacuum) was shipped to someone elses house!
NOT my house, don't even recognize it from the neighborhood!! Neither would help just pushed off on each other. TikTok said they validated that it was delivered. The fact it is not my house doesn't matter.
My refund was denied. Was told I needed to go to the delivery company.
Don't most companies straighten out the delivery error or at least try and help. I guess that job is on the consumer now!?
I feel that TikTok and Shark dont care about the people that are purchasing from them!!!! Guess they need my $214 more than i deserve it back or my vacuum!! This whole experience has been horrible and I will never order from either one again!! 3 days and counting back and forth with them, now add in the delivery company and it is 100% clear it doesn't matter to any of them!!! TRULY DISAPPOINTED!!!
