Joining all the below comments! Placed order 5 weeks ago. Received e-mail notifying about the migration of payment system and refund, which was never received as the products themselves. I’ve sent multiple e-mails but no one is responding. AVOID purchasing anything if you don’t what to lose money!

Like most reviewers here, I have been waiting for hardware for a billion years and have received no response regarding the status of the order or any replies to my inquiries. The language on the site states to wait 24-48 hours for someone to respond, and resist resending an inquiry as it slows down response rates. what a joke. there is no response rate. there is no product.

Product ordered. Email to say they had a system change over and my order needed to be resubmitted. Money already taken, so waited for refund, which they said was on its way, before reordering. Refund still not arrived 3 weeks later. And all emails and chats ignored.
Terrible company!!!! Do not use. Must be a scam.

As with so many others here, I saw these reviews only after ordering and my order never showing up. My order has been "in the factory" for 2 months now and has blown past its 2-4 week lead time. Customer support are non-existent and do not reply.

Having read through many of the reviews I suspect that this company is just a dropshipping outfit using manufacturers in China, potentially just being run by one guy with no actual staff. Some products are being made and eventually turn up while it seems others never do and nothing is actually being managed. I suspect most orders are just being thrown into the void and never even being picked up by manufacturers let alone being made or shipped.

Today I had to initiate a chargeback with my bank to recover the funds. The first time I've ever had to do this in my life. It seems they dispute chargebacks as a default action just to drag things out and hold onto money longer even though they cannot actually deliver any products.

Would give zero stars if I could. I wish I'd checked Trust Pilot before I ordered some beautiful door numbers. I can't tell what they are like as they have not arrived. I'm just glad they weren't the expensive ones.

Scam! I had to dispute the transaction after they failed to deliver it. They strung out the interaction for months promising but not delivering what was just a few door handles.

They eventually admitted they couldn’t fulfil the order and said their payment system had changed so they couldn’t initiate a refund. Instead they suggested I do a chargeback on my card.

However, the window for a card chargeback had lapsed making it incredibly difficult to get the money back. I disputed the transaction with my bank. It took me months and eventually I was refunded.

But, and here’s the ridiculous thing, Meraki disputed it again. I was issued with a second payment! I now have to wait even more again. I am fuming with these con artists.

Terrible customer service and now no replies at all. Like others, I would advise against using this company. I've been waiting on a replacement tap since July. They had agreed to replace, after months of them avoiding the issue then sending us videos of Chinese people in the factory trying to demonstrate the solution to the problem (it wasn't the problem, and it wasn't fixed). I've heard nothing in reply to my emails since November. Absolutely shocking service. Never use them.

No delivery and huge lack of communication. Months of waiting with no response. I can’t even get a refund.

0 stars. Robbed of £96 for 6 handles (website under name MERAKI) . No return ever issued, no email about delivery or promise of refund ever replied to. Avoid website at all costs! Shame on the people who do this.

I had ordered x2 side lights previously which were great, took 6 weeks to arrive, which wasn't great... I then ordered a ceiling chandelier from their website in early Nov. I was notified in late Nov it was in-production, even though it was 'refurbished' model (i'd hoped it would be quicker, as it was already produced).

I asked for express production & delivery and never heard from them again. No answer to multiple emails or chats, no telephone number listed and no means of escalating things. They have not filed their accounts or confirmation statement with Companies House...they're going out of business, and the fact they're still accepting orders knowing they can't fulfil them is both morally wrong and something Youseff Ali as a Director should put a stop to. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Terrible experience: order placed and paid for in October 2025, and it is still shown as being in production. They do not provide a confirmed delivery date, do not issue an invoice, and do not offer refunds. Impossible to reach them by phone. NOT RECOMMENDED.

My poor experience mirrors that of the other genuine reviews about this company on Trustpilot.
Ordered cabinet knobs in November and have been chasing delivery ever since. Apparently, they have 'supply chain issues' but their website is still saying 2-4 weeks delivery and here I am 12 weeks from order and no delivery and no prospect of ever receiving one.
The 5 star reviews for this company all look bogus - all from people allegedly in GB but with terrible grammar (clearly made up) or flowery over the top language (clearly made up as a marketing ploy) that suspiciously have only ever each posted one review. Trustpilot should look at these fake reviews and remove them as appropriate. Have requested a refund, been ignored and finally had to raise a dispute and chargeback via the credit card company.
Avoid!

Handles break all the time, when you order they take months to arrive if they arrive. Customer Service is so poor, do not buy from this company.

I feel so stupid for reading the reviews too late, but thankfully I only ordered one handle as a test before planning to order 30.

This company appears to be a complete scam. They promise to refund your money, but they never actually do and then stop responding. They even asked me to place the order again due to a “payment issue” on their side, which is honestly unbelievable.

Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.

I wish I could give negative stars, do not use this company.

Similar story to everyone else - Placed an order two months ago and no signs of receiving anything. Have sent repeated emails and chats to their customer service. Nothing but automated responses and no resolution whatsoever. Terrible experience.

I ordered some door handles in the beginning of November, it never arrived and customer support doesnt reply or answer any of my requests.

Ordered 3 months go, paid, product never arrived, have emailed 3 times and inboxed on Instagram. Clearly a scam. Paid over $1000 in door handles.

We ordered a chandelier from Meraki (order #27268) for €323.95, charged on March 29, 2025.
On November 7, 2025, we were told that a refund would be issued — yet months later, nothing has been received.

This situation is unacceptable. No refund, no clear communication, and a complete lack of professionalism.
Scandalous customer service.
