Robert had my previous review removed.
I ordered £50 of goods from this site in January and never received them.
The best advice I can give anyone dealing with these jokers is to get in touch with your bank and start a card dispute. They will credit you the money back and charge him a fee too.
He has tried to challenge my charge back and take the money again but Barclays refused him and reported him to VISA for his activity.
I have reported Ecomlog to trading standards and Roberto the director.
Here's hoping he learns a lesson soon and stops ripping people off.

Order 2452, 2nd January. Remember me, Robert? You cashed my payment right away, promising two to four week delivery. At week four, you said the goods were being held up by logistical problems and a shortage of staff, and you promised delivery for week eight. (26th February.)
It's week fourteen now, and you're not answering my emails, although I've cancelled and requested a refund.
But you did tell me that every time your customers write to you to request an update, you push them to the back of the queue. So what is this? A customer service division, or a prison camp?

They took payment for the items, but never delivered. When I contacted them 5 weeks after the order (with 2-4 week delivery), they blamed Covid and said it would be a further 2-3 weeks. 5 more weeks have passed, the item has yet to arrive, they are not responded to any contact attempts, and their website now has no products listed or any contact details.

So after ordering an item back in November 2021 and not receiving it, many emails were exchanged with good old Robert. The usual transcripts were given about delays in logistics and delivery's etc and then he said he had problem's with our card company and giving us a refund so could we take it up with our card supplier instead ie we get the money back from our bank instead of Multistore. Of course that's what he wants all his customers to do - its a win win for him. However, I didn't do that a relentlessly emailed and threatened him with Legal proceedings and Trading standards which I would have gone through with. Eventually I did receive a refund - 5 months later. I would not recommend this company to anyone - it is clearly a scam, I only wish people knew this before they ordered the too seemingly good prices for designer goods.
Good price but no sign of it
Clearly a good price for the Fitbit I was after. After 4 weeks I've had no updates. Two emails and an enquiry form have not been answered. Beginning to think I will never see the Fitbit. They were very quick to take the money from my credit card, though.

I don't think I'll ever receive a refund as it's clearly a scam, but I shall dispute the charge and hopefully my bank will refund me. It's shameful that a company of this sort is allowed to trade and scam people without consequences.
They lure you in then scam you- at the end of the review there's a way to get your refund from halifax.
Usually I don't write reviews, but it's important for anyone out there to avoid this store at all costs. Like the rest of you, I was drawn in by their cheap prices for designer/pseudo-designer goods. I then brought a beautiful red Valentino bag in December 2021. The bag came in January 2022 just as beautiful as ever. I had exchanged emails with Robert who assured me when it was due to come and it came (I LOVE IT!)
In spite of the ridiculous delivery time, I brought a baby pink Mario Valentino bag that I had originally wanted- but I liked the red bag more. I purchased this bag on January 14th 2022. I am currently writing this negative review on March 14th 2022.
I had exchanged emails with Robert over a week ago on March 4th 2022 and he stated and I quote:
"We believe that the product was lost along the way, as it is long way due.
In these cases we have two options, reorder again or cancel the order.
We are deeply sorry, this type of situation is likely to happen at any time, but perhaps the current world situation has contributed to it.
Please let us know how you would like to proceed and once again please accept our sincere apologies, but this is beyond our reach."
Any person with any sense would get a refund right? So immediately after he sent the email at 9:42pm I replied: "Good evening,
Thank you for the email. Please may I cancel my order and receive a refund. When will the refund be processed?
Kind regards," at 9:51pm. He then hasn't replied to me. I sent another email a few days ago, still no reply and I sent another today.
Because they actually sent me the first item, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I had read the reviews prior to the first item and like most I thought "well if its that bad why are they still up and running?" But it's because they lure you in to want to buy again and then use the current political climate as a scape-goat.
I advise anyone that has any sense and decided to read reviews beforehand to NOT BUY FROM THE STORE. Also, I managed to get a refund from Halifax bank and there is an option to dispute if you haven't received the item. Just search the transaction on the online banking app, click the transaction and click get help with the transaction and click that you suspect it may be fraud.
SCAM COMPANY
I ordered a fitbit versa 3 in December 2021. After not receiving the product well over the delivery due date I emailed to chase up. I received the same generic email from Robert as others have saying it's down to logistics and they provided me with another delivery date in February. The watch never came so I requested a refund on the 21st February 2022. They agreed to the refund and said it would be in my account within 5-10 working days. I still haven't received the funds and they are now saying that the funds have never settled and could take a very long time to process the refund if at all. This is absolute rubbish! All communication is with Robert, there doesn't seem to be any other members of staff and there is no contact number. All the email replies seem to be a generic message sent to everyone that complains. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.
Such a disappointment

DO NOT order from this company, they are beyond terrible and devious telling you a string of lies.
