UPDATE: I spoke with my bank who took all the details down and have refunded me my money (I used a debit card for the transaction). They have asked me to forward any correspondence I had with 'Robert'. They will attempt at recovering the money themselves. So if you paid using a debit or credit card there's a very good chance your bank will help you. Don't be out of pocket!
Forever sceptical, I Googled this company before buying a Fitbit from them and did my homework. Bar a couple of iffy reviews (there's always some right?) they were all pretty positive. I have now been informed this is what scam companies do, legitimately send out products to get some good reviews under their belt then moving forward and screwing a whole slew of people over. Obviously if I'd seen the current reviews, I would have given them a wide berth.
I purchased said Fitbit in December. It is now 10th March and I'm still fighting for my refund. They send out apologetic emails re 'logistics' and 'please let us know if you haven't received your refund by..' I'm sure this is all automated b*ll*cks.
Chances are I'm fighting a losing battle, however I will add update this review if by some miracle I actually DO receive my refund.

Same story as everyone else, ordered watch start of January, received generic emails when queried, requested refund, this is obviously going through the same complicated delivery route as the goods supposedly are. Will be contacting my bank and also looking at other avenues for investigation of this company

As with all the other reviews below, these guys took my money for an order back in December which they never intended to ever deliver. They (he?) have never refunded me and clearly have no intention of ever doing so.

AVOID Multistore. I have had a similar experience to many of the customers who have also submitted reviews on this so called company. I'm still waiting for a refund for goods ordered in January 2022. I have had several emails from Robert, identically worded to those other customers have received. Robert must be a very busy guy as he is no longer responding to my emails. I have now raised this as a disputed transaction with my credit card provider and hope this will bring this saga to an end. Do not use this company.

Ordered a product in late October; went on to exchange many emails discussing why delivery was so late, only for them to tell me in early January that they never had the product at all; "offered" me a full refund in mid January; multiple emails exchanged with them eventually deciding not to reply after claiming my card was out of date (it's not).
Gave them months to do the right thing but it wasn't happening, so I went through my bank yesterday and got my money back. Avoid this company.

Ordered a jacket on 12 December but cancelled it on 24 December and requested a refund. Multistore replied on 27 December to say "we will proceed to the cancelation of the order.
it can take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reach your account, depending on your payment provider.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please let us know."
No refund by 24 January so emailed again to query it.
Multistore replied on 28 January: "We will check if there was any issue with the refund process, as it was supposed to be in your account a long time ago."
Refund still not received and no further correspondence.

Refund received 18 February after I emailed again. Glad to get refund but not impressed with service overall.

Garmin watch took 6 weeks delivery
I ordered a Garmin Fenix 6X Pro Ultimate Multisport GPS Watch on 29/12/21. Free shipping 2-4 weeks. Finally received the product 11/02/21 after 6 weeks. Be aware there is no customer service number available and when you buy a product from multistore it is highly unlikely they have the product in stock. It wouldn't surprise me if they take you money and invest it for a month before they consider actually getting round to sending the product. I didn't get any notification of tracking until a few days before my product arrived and I sent several emails trying to get more information about my order. All very stressful experience as thought I had been scammed after looking at everyones reviews on here. I certainly wont be using multi store again. If you do decide to buy from multistore and don't receive your product in time then expect emails like the ones below:

As we have informed, we use a complex international logistic system to achieve a competitive price, and with the current world situation the deliveries are still progressing slowly, it has been very difficult to forecast the delivery progress.
As explained in our shipping policy we use low cost logistics to get the lowest final price, in this system the delivery date is always an estimate, it is not exact.
The batch with your order is expected now to arrive on Thursday or Friday. As soon as this batch arrives at the final Warehouse in UK, it will be sorted and your order will be prepared, being sent by Royal Mail Next Day Delivery, so you should get it on Friday or Saturday, if the mail runs as expected. You will receive a tracking number to follow the delivery progress.
We use the cheapest logistic system to provide the lowest final cost possible, but it is not fast and it is not trackable during the transfer to UK, so it takes sometime to have the tracking number to the final destination.

Ordered a fitness tracker watch in September 2021 and still hasn’t arrived. Contacted them via e-mail in October and was actually surprised to get a response; it was the usual excuse about shipping delays that others have had, stating I should receive it the following week all being well. You can guess it, no watch! Shopped on numerous sites located in the UK and abroad over many years without any issues and this is the first time I’ve felt like I’ve been scammed. DO NOT FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP; YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Thankfully the watch wasn’t too expensive so I originally wrote it off to experience.
Edit: now received refund which was a pleasant surprise. Why oh why does it take a negative review to get the wheels in motion. Slightly modified my above review and title to reflect the refund.

I bought a watch for the anniversary of my daughter and unfortunately after waiting a while I decided to cancel my order. The company was kind to accept to cancel the order but from the 13 of January I am still waiting the money. They replied back with excuses and excuses…. Now I started the dispute with my bank.

I ordered a Garmin sport watch on 16/11/21 with expected delivery in 2-4 weeks. The watch cost £399.00.
After chasing up my order a couple of times and still not received the item, I decided to cancel the order and request a full refund so that I could buy the watch somewhere else. This was confirmed on 09/01/22 and I was advised that the the refund could take 5-10 business days.
I had not received my refund by 23/01/22 so chased this up, and again today 01/02/22 but still no refund.
It is now 03/03/22 and still NO REFUND!! Robert does keep replying to my e-mails though and has assured me once again that my refund is being processed but that it can take 5-10 business days.
I've now taken it up with my bank as I paid on debit card to see if they can help.
I am out of pocket by £399 and no idea when I will get my money back.
If you want poor customer service, and willing to wait months for your order then use shopmultistore.... personally for me the money I would have saved buying from them has not been worth it.
I've now been refunded after making a claim with my bank, providing copies of emails sent back and forth.
