Ordered a £400 running watch on 1st Jan (after Google shop listed it as the cheapest supplier available) and it stated 2-4 weeks delivery. Now 31st Jan and no communication whatsoever and e-mails to customer service keep bouncing back. Would not recommend this company for future purchases and am now going to report the transaction to my credit card company.

I placed my order Garmin fenix £399.00 on Nov. 27,2021 and it said it will arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. It was a christmas gift for my husband but it did not arrive and I waited until January but nothing showed up. Tried to contact them but excuses about cheap logistics and brexit etc.. I asked for a refund on January 7 and until now it is almost February but no refund at all!!!

Big scam company

First they was claiming that they use very cheap delivery chain that’s whay I didn’t get item, then they was blaming brexit after two months I asked refund they told me thet they will issue refund and it will be with me up to 10 days. But after 15 days no money received and no answer now from them.

Avoid!!!!!!!

As with others experiences placed order 29th November - not arrived yet 22nd January. Sent second email asking where is it - no response yet. Have previously received the email others have received re complex delivery system. Looking at Companies House documents including accounts this is a private limited company registered as Ecomlog Ltd owned by one person registered office originally a flat in Wembley London now City Rd EC1.If no goods or refund received very soon then consumer groups will be made aware of how this company operates.
On the 23 Jan received email accepting a long time to wait for order maybe another 2 weeks and can I wait longer or would i like to cancel order. They do say please accept our sincere apologies. I requested my order be cancelled which they say is no problem. However they say it takes 5 to 10 business days for this to happen - 10 days is the 8th Feb. Will update this review when it arrives. As others have commented why this length of time when payments by credit card are instant
Money (£399) refunded to my credit card account 1st February having been in this Companies bank account for 2 months. It appears from other reviews this happens to multiple customers which suggests that at any one time this company could be holding significant sums of money

Wish I had read these reviews before buying. Terrible company!!! Purchased Adidas trainers 14/11/21. They never arrived due to damage. Asked for a refund and after many emails still no refund despite saying they are processing and there was a delay. Now we are 17/01/22. This company is a disgrace absolute CON MERCHANTS!

Order initially placed on the 27th of November didn't hear anything from them. I got in touch a couple of weeks later and they said the product is not longer available. I ask for a refund and still waiting. I'll be reporting them, as this is unacceptable. Stay away.

I ordered a Samsung fitbit Dec 8th with 2 - 4 weeks delivery. Nothing has arrived. Contacted the company only to receive a standard message that will be contacted within 72 hrs. Still heard nothing after 4 days. Asked for a refund. This company is a con. Wish I had read reviews before I placed my order. Rip off merchants! Footnote; it's January 18th, fitbit got delivered today after I wrote twice asking for my money back.would I use them again? No.

I ordered a watch from this site on 7th October. I was advised it would take 2-4 weeks to arrive. It's been 3 months and nothing has arrived.

On 7th Dec, after sending many emails, they finally agreed to refund me. I was advised this would take up to 10 days to process. It has been 3 weeks and the funds still haven't arrived.

Lovely item, just as described. Bit of a wait for delivery but communication was good and i received the item when expected.

Ordered1st november told not available after waiting a month have been waiting for a refund since beggining of December desítek several emails . Very disappointed.now 30th December still no refund in my account. Update 30th December my refund has reached my account.

Delivery took around 3-4 weeks to the UK, items were amazing, would use again

Moschino Hand Bag

Ordered a Moschino Hand Bag for my partners birthday what i was planning on giving it her when i was taking her to Rome for Christmas/Birthday as a surprise.

I Paid £98 in total as i paid an extra £19 to get it delivered quicker.

I ordered it on 7th of December & the money came straight out of my bank however i didn't even get a confirmation email and i am still waiting on the item.

I've been robbed of just short of £100 with nothing in site.

Ive emailed them and received nothing back what so ever!!!!

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!!!

Avoid this company at all costs

I have ordered 2 moshino bags and a purse from Multistore.
This company, in my opinion are excellent. All 3 products arrived, beautifully packaged. And I had regular e mails as well.
I highly recommend Multistore.

MANAGE YOUR EXPECTATIONS
Ordered an item on 25 Nov using Apple Pay but cancelled it same day after finding that my partner had already ordered from another site. Multistore responded on 27 Nov saying refund within 5 to 10 business days. Nothing received by 10 Dec, so emailed again. Response received 12 Dec saying they’d check their payments dept and get back to me. Haven’t heard from them further so have emailed again today. I’m a pensioner and I need this money back for Xmas, so next step is legal letter and email to Watchdog and Martin Lewis, especially given other reviews on here. UPDATE Multistore emailed me after this review was posted promising refund within a few days and I received it on 22 Dec. If using this company you need to manage your expectations as timeous customer service leaves a lot to be desired!

Excellent prices I saved about £80 buying a bag, really pleased.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! ITS A SCAM! I placed my order on the 8th of October 2021 and still waiting for delivery. They give this usless excuse of using a complex delivery system so that the end user price is cheaper. Amazon did the same product for cheaper and delivered in less than 3 days. My question to these so called scammers (multistore) why say delivery within 2-4 weeks if you're not going to deliver within this time frame? Over 2 months now and not had a delivery or refund! When it came to charging, took the money same day but when it comes to delivery within time frame, its a big failure and on refund, they ask for 5-10 days? What for? Refund should be within 24 hours. Looks like they are using our money for investment! I will be reporting them to trading standards!

After over 4 weeks my order still hadn't arrived. I emailed to chase it only to be told they are not available. I then requested a refund and have no response despite sending 3 emails.

Following a negative review I have now received a response advising they have issued a refund

I am really happy with my purchase. It was made really clear by the seller that the delivery was to be expected in 4 weeks time. When I contacted the customer service for an update, they kept me updated and I also received a text from the courier with the delivery details. Very good experience.

I ordered my watch 14/10/21. It still hasn't arrived. Same excuses as others re Brexit and the Pandemic. This is a very poor business in terms of delivery and communication. Very disappointed.

Update 11/12/21

I was asked to provide more information re my order to Multistore 09/12/21. Still no answer or response. Once again proving that their customer service and experience is poor, hence two stars. I gave two stars due to their offer being a good one. However, two months on and still no delivery date. Absolutely unacceptable and I have no confidence in them as a supplier! Annoyed is putting it mildly.
