DO NOT USE MULTISTORE

Do not use this site. As with everyone else was told delivery would be 2-4 weeks. eventually cancelled my order on 10/11/2021 was told the refund would be issued 5-10 days. After numerous e-mails still no refund but plenty of excuses. I will be e-mailing watchdog soon.

Do not order from this site

Do not order from this site. Not reliable. Paid for express delivery and ended up with the same excuses as everyone else. Eventually got an email to say the item was damaged and they couldn’t fulfil the order. Very disappointed.

Followup. I rev

Ordered my Garmin 45 on 21st October 2021 and was given a 2-4 week window of delivery. Great price but no delivery and no information on when it will arrive. It is now the 2nd December 2021 which is well over the 4 week window and still no update on my order! I have since emailed to try and cancel the order as it is a Christmas present for my son, but still no response as of yet.

Customer service is key and from looking at previous reviews on trustpilot this seems to be the norm with your company.

Please let me know the status of my order asap and when it will be delivered.

Ordered my Garmin 45 on 31st October…

Ordered my Garmin 45 on 31st October with a 2-4 week lead time. Great price but no delivery and no information on when it will arrive - today is 29th November so 1 day over the 4 week mark. Come on - you can do better than this ? Poor reviews will damage your growth. I'm getting worried - please let me know the status of my order and when it will be delivered. Its a christmas gift for my wife !

STOP PRESS 🛑 Just received an update that my item will arrive in about 3 days - let’s hope so. If it does then I’m up to 3-4 stars as the price was the most competitive.

Garmin arrived as promised above. A four week wait but a fantastic price - the best - so all good now. Rating up to 4🌟

Ordered a garmin over 5 weeks ago with…

I will leave my original review below. I did leave 1 star as I was concerned.

I have now received my Garmin Fenix 6X PRO this week and it is all good and I am really pleased with it.
The good: Great price, easy transaction process and initial communication is swift and builds confidence. The item is brilliant and no complaints there at all.

To improve: I think you just need to be more realistic about delivery time and communicate immediately if you are aware there may be delays. You only find out by contacting the company that you wont be able to track delivery until the item hits the UK. Communicate this straight away.

I would use this company again now I have my item but I will expect a longer than advertised delivery time.
I can't give a negative score as you did deliver and I am happy overall. I can't give an overly positive score as the communication and long wait after delivery didn't arrive in 4 weeks dropped my confidence and made the experience a bit more daunting.

Ordered a garmin over 5 weeks ago with an estimated delivery of 2-4wks. Every time I email I get the same "brexit, logistics issues" email with no tracking number or anything. Last email I had was 9th November (10 days ago saying it would come this week) I have not recieved the item yet or any further emails. Communication is poor considering the money handed over. At present I would recommend you avoid as I'm wondering if it's a scam. If it's not a scam... you should change the estimated delivery time if you are aware that brexit and logistics issues exist as I would not have bought the item if I was aware it would take this long to arrive!

Very long wait

After 4 weeks of waiting for a mi6 , I sent several emails, which were responded to by them saying ‘ logistics’ caused the delay. A few weeks later I still hadn’t received the fitness band, so had to email again. I was given a delivery date of the following Monday. The mi6 finally arrived, however it was from and delivered by Amazon with an Amazon gift receipt . No paperwork or receipt from Multistore, which I found to be very odd. But at least I got my item….eventually!

Order an item to be after told it would take 4 weeks to be delivered. Cancelled the order and two months later I am still awaiting for my refund!

Waiting for the Smart Watch ordered on 23 Sep 2021

I have ordered the smart watch on 23 Sep but still not delivered. Every time i write to Customer care, Robert reply saying it will be delivered next week, next week but that next week did not arrived yet.

Not sure this is genuine Site, if this is the way then how will people trust

It clearly states that Delivery time is 2 to 4 week but still waiting ...

Long shipping times

It took 7 weeks to the day for the Mi Band 6 I ordered to arrive, probably not worth the few pounds I saved but pleased to have it!

Hmmm not great service !

Hmmm - let’s see.
Currently been waiting for an item ordered (as a birthday present) on 17th September on a 2-4 week lead time - subject to the usual possible delays due to the ‘complex international logistic system’ being employed.
Despite being advised on the 19th October, after chasing by email, that my order would arrive within the next week, still nothing.......
And Also no response to my last email on 26/10. Not the greatest of services !!
So, if your item is a present, don’t rely on this company to fulfil its lead time promises, as my experience shows you cannot ! And you’ll end up buying the present twice!

Update - 09/11/21
So product has finally arrived- and it is as expected( which is good) , but forgive me, and call me an old cynic, but things only took a turn for the better after a negative trustpilot review🤔🤔.
So I’m sticking with my previous statement-don’t rely on this company to delivering on time- so if it’s a present give it at least 2 months to be safe!

The moral of this story is, if at first tour don’t get a satisfactory response- tell the truth on trustpilot- and good things will happen !

The parcel never arrived

The parcel never arrived, I emailed and “Robert” said it was going to arrive within 2-4 weeks, this was to keep costs of delivery down. Well…. I’m not sure what costs if delivery since my item never arrived. Scam website!!
I ordered this on the 14th September and it has still not arrived

4 weeks

4 weeks, still no delivery, update or response to my email.
Yes, I have received my item, after I have left 1 star on trustpilot.
09.10 was the last day of 28 day delivery window.
From 06.10, I've emailed you 4 times, asking nicely for an update, you failed to respond 4 times.
I definitely will not buy again from your website.

Your reply arrived after delivery at 1:30am on 11.10, clearly after 72h from my first email on 06.10. 'Check your SPAM folder'.....please spear me those kind of excuses.
That's my last update, I'll not entertain you any longer.
